Completed my first 3 pages of digital scrapbooking

I finally did it, got the free trial of PSE and downloaded a couple free kits and created my first 3 digital scrapbook pages. They turned out so cute, at least for a beginner.

Here is my question what are the good websites for digital kits?

Are the free kits the same quality as a purchased kit or is there something I need to look for?

Any help for a newbie would be much appreciated.

One that might not be on there is Sahlin Studios. She works with Britt-ish Designs and lately the two have had some awesome digital freebies. I think that'a where I found a Mary Poppins they'd freebie that is adorable.
