Not sure ill be booking with them again, had a few problems along the way

First one they missed a passenger off and added anither daughter, so i have triplets!

Second they had my mother inlaw as a miss, she recently lost her husband and thought there was nothing wrong with it and wanted us to pay for the name change on the airline tickets. I had only ever referred to her as mrs

Third thing, i went to do online check in at disney today as we are ten days out and the passenger is still missing!

Not great i dont think when we have spent nearly £8000 with them

Geez, that's not good, this is our 2nd time using them, first time we got to the hotel my teen daughter was classed as a child but think that was down to Disney, can't seem to check in online though this time!

I used them this year. Only problem we had was we couldn't do online ADR's, everyone who booked direct with Disney had no problems but they admitted their customers couldn't use the system(no idea if they have resolved the problem)
I also like to make people aware their T&C's are different to Disney.
If you increase the cost or make a change and keep the value same direct with Disney they do not charge the amendment fee. Complete Orlando do charge a fee.
With hindsight I would not have used them, It was a lot of hassle ringing to make ADR's. It would have to be a subtantial saving to use them again.
 
I have had no problems with adrs or checking in online with disney but they are not very attentive i dnt think

I will be using disney next year for sure, first time with co and last time :-(

Virgin were great with the name change and i think in any ither circumstance i would undertsand them charging a fee etc but they just assumed she was miss yet i booked it as mrs

Oh well we live and learn
 

Can I ask how you check in online is that only with complete Orlando?
 
Thanks what can you do when checking in can you ask for particular rooms and that
 
I'm another who doesn't think i'll use them again. We lost over £200 in amendment fees due to unforseen circumstances where we had to change our flights and accommodation :(
