Those are super!!!! I am very happy to say that I am going to be getting one of those Jiminy's!!!! That and the flamingo one are much anticipated!!!!!!!! I have a great picture of the kids with Jiminy...so that will get used right away!!

Those are great. I am getting many of them. I am in the process of starting mine and those that have posted have helped give me some direction I want to take this. Only one I am stumped on is Everest. Never seen it, but I am going to ride it in Sept.

NemoMom07 ~I'm of absolutely no help.. We took our photos by it! But none of us were brave enough to ride it.. My hope is that PrinceBlink13 will ride it with me and DD this June!! I think I can get PrinceBlink to ride with us and carry me out when we are done! LOL

I had only the umbrella... and it just wasn't speaking to me... than about 10:15 the other night.. the Ah-ha moment hit.. Blue hat and red band! that's the ticket!!! It took 3 sizing to get it right...but I got it!!

Ummmm....my house is in need of a hefty cleaning...I've spent a TON of time on here and making my swap items this week and have neglected the house cleaning!! That makes me crazy!!! This morning, I almost tripped over a dust bunny! LOL So, I was going to ask you if you wanted to clean my house while you were working on yours!!! That way I can keep swapping!! Really...I am going to take a cleaning break because it haunts me knowing it's such a mess and I like to work in a nice and freshly cleaned area!!!

I've got a party in two weeks so everything needed done early and now the cleaning has begun... deep clean and than we can do a once over in 2 weeks before the party...

Those are great. I am getting many of them. I am in the process of starting mine and those that have posted have helped give me some direction I want to take this. Only one I am stumped on is Everest. Never seen it, but I am going to ride it in Sept.

This is one of our favorite rides! Maybe I might be able to help a little with some ideas.

There are ripped up fabric flags outside hanging all over by the entrance...that would look fun to drape across your letters. There are also lots of statues of Buhdda(??) and offerings under the statues. I think the theme is it's a worship place of monks or something. Not certain though...going from memory.

The inside cue is great! To wait in line is fun and it almost can move too fast because you want to read everything. The cue is almost like a museum about the Yeti. Does he really exist? Sighting articles, pictures, artifacts, footprints etc... So maybe you could do a small wanted style poster from the Old West cartridge with a typed up sign saying "Yeti sighting ahead" or something. You could also do a big giant footprint on your letter. The ride itself is themed that you are going on a backpacking trip/adventure into the Himalayan mountains and you encounter the Yeti. The ride goes backwards and forwards at top speeds so you could do some sort of sign post saying "fast speeds- beware".

Have you looked through the pictures of the ride yet? Try searching for images and it'll spark something I bet. I hope that gives you a few more ideas. You always come up with the most AMAZING stuff so I know you'll figure it out!

Just go to the info. about the ride and there is a spot to click for more photos of the ride/attraction/cue etc. 4 pages of very good pictures. You can see everything I described there. Oh and the statues don't look like Buhdda in the photos. I think I had that wrong. Not sure who they are making offerings to...does anyone know?

But, Nan, if you and the kids can handle Rock 'N Roller Coaster, you can do Everest. I really don't like roller coasters and rarely ride them, but Everest and RNR are awesome since you don't get that horrible "drop" feeling like you get on many coasters. These are just fast and fun!

LOL! We've never ridden RNR either..thats another mission this trip!
The past two visits the 2 little boys didn't met height requirements and so we just avoided them... no reason to get their hopes up or try to beat the system...the anticipation for this trip is there for all of them....

those are prayer flags. It's part of the Tibetan culture.

Prayer Flags are inscribed with auspicious symbols, invocations, prayers, and mantras. Tibetan Buddhists for centuries have planted these flags outside their homes and places of spiritual practice for the wind to carry the beneficent vibrations across the countryside. Prayer flags are said to bring happiness, long life and prosperity to the flag planter and those in the vicinity. Dharma prints bear traditional Buddhist symbols, protectors and enlightened beings. As the Buddhist spiritual approach is non-theistic, the elements of Tantric iconography do not stand for external beings, but represent aspects of enlightened mind i.e. compassion, perfect action, fearlessness, etc. Displayed with respect, Dharma prints impart a feeling of harmony and bring to mind the precious teachings.

they are yeti statues. The offerings are probably for peaceful crossings.
