COMPLETE ABC Letter/Elements Swap

Here is my set for X. I hope they are okay, because they are all done ;) I figured the tic-tac-toe board counted as a paper piecing?

I'll get to work on the angel spots for A on Saturday and Sunday. Should still be fine to mail on the 7th or 8th.

I think it looks great and totally counts as a paper piecing. :thumbsup2

I had my Q done a few days ago but finally got the picture taken today. They will go out the 7th.

I went with a "swirl" theme. The Q, tag, and mickey head are embossed. The swirls on the picture frame are glued only on the sides so a picture can slide under. The mickey head is from the middle of the Q - I just didn't want to hang on to 14 heads so I included them as an extra.

I love those.

I am still amazed at how many different ways one can do Disney things and still have more.

I think I will be spending my Christmas break actually making pages this year.

I love the swirls..but hate to look just incase I'm not getting it...but at least I can scraplift it if I'm not getting it!!!!

I know this is super repetitive...but....for bagging, we are not putting 13 bags into a gallon bag and then two gallon bags into a 2 gallon bag, right? In other words, I have 13 U's, 13 mats, 13 boxes and 13 paper piecings for one of my sets. Do I put each mini kit in it's own bag or all 52 elements in one bag? Just want to be sure to get it right so you don't have a harder time sorting!! It's a busy time of year and less work is better!!!!

I put my mini kit in a gallon bag and then put 13 gallon bags into a two gallon bag. So, I have 2-two gallon bags with 13-one gallon bags in it. (For each group).

Yeah? I can fit all of my stuff in quart bags and then into a 2-gallon bag...but I thought it looked like we were putting every piece for each letter in one gallon bag then the two letter sets into a 2-gallon. I know the rule is to typically use gallon in case someone else's stuff doesn't fit in a quart, but if nothing else will be going in my bag with my letters, it essentially is just like a normal swap group where I would use all quart bags and put them into a larger bag that comes back with everyone's items in it? I know I am confusing myself...hopefully not confusing everyone else in the process!!

I think I see what you're saying. What I did is I put each mini-kit into a quart bag, all of those quart bags into a gallon bag, and then two gallon bags into a 2-gallon bag. This was because for groups B and C I had 2 letters. Each kit got a quart bag. Each letter (13 kits) got a gallon bag. For group B, I put both 1-gallon bags into the same 2-gallon bag. Confused yet? ;)

OK...I read the directions again...think I have myself straightened out!! :sad2:

It definitely seems as though it is the 13 gallons inside the 1 2-gallon...not sure why it took so long to get through my brain!!?? I guess then my question would be...can I use 13 quart bags in a 2-gallon storage bag? (Only my items will be going in these quart bags, correct?) Ann, if you would prefer the gallon bags only...it's fine, just want to be sure before I bag it all up!! :thumbsup2
