COMPLETE ABC Letter/Elements Swap

I wanted everyone to be sure to note that I changed the due date for this swap. Looking at the calendar, I realized I gave you less time to complete a larger set of items than most of our swaps. Even though you may have more items with the other swaps - [more groups] - making 13 gets repetitious and I wanted to be sure you had enough time.

If everyone can get them in by the 18th of November, I will be able to swap out and return mail before Thanksgiving and the start of holiday mail.

ok my Internet sucks tonight this is my F for Frontierland. The 2 wooden planks are for the photo mat. My problem is I can't think of another element to add to it so what would everyone like? Majority rules ;-)

I don't know about another element (I'll think on it) just wanted to say I love the paper :)

ETA: Okay--how about gold brads on the four corners of the "fence posts"

It's a working progress I'm waiting for another sale and mikes to restock for more paper all that you see here will be mated on a nice chocolate brown and the square is the journaling box. I'm doing this set off the "wild west" circuit cart so you all have an idea of what I'm working with.I love tags but sometimes I think you ladies get sick of me doing tags all the time. But on the other hand I know I suck at shaker boxes so I never do them. I was thinking of doing a gold sheriffs badge I had some cool gold shimmer paper.

I like both ideas - the brads, in either a gold tone or a brown [metal or wooden pegs] and the sheriff badge.

Go with your gut.:thumbsup2

Do you have the Cricut Paper Dolls? You could make a little Frontier boy with a Mickey hat as an option. But I like the Star, too.

I like both options too! the brads would look like post/nail heads. love the boards, will be a cute addition!

BTW - I got all my sets packaged up, got the medium priority mail box, its going to take the large so things don't get squished, just so you know it your doing all three groups!

Im not worried about the embellishments I just cant decide on the next element to make for the set.

what about the frontier boy w/mickey hat that Ohana 4 suggested? do you have the paperdoll cart?
I don't have the wild west cart, is there any type of person on it?

Im not worried about the embellishments I just cant decide on the next element to make for the set.

This isn't really a "shape", but I think it works. On the Old West cart, there are lots of sayings with shadows. Make a few of those in 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 size. Taller the shorter words, shorter the longer words. If you ink them or use the markers when you cut, they are embellished.

It looks like only the "K" doesn't have a cool button. Did you have enough to add one to that too?

Not that it needs it. It looks fine the way it is. I really like the whole set!

I have enough buttons, but I can't find a good place on the "K" without it looking silly. The paper is flocked and I was going to give everyone a couple of animal striped brads as well. I wish I could think of something to give the K a little more pizzazz....

At the top with a paper ribbon flag going to the left?

I would be making the K kick it like a soccer ball. :rotfl2: Because it would make my children laugh.
