Comparing pick-up times: Car service vs Mears/DME

Doesn't Mears/DME pick you up 2.75 hours before your flight? We're doing a park on our last day and want as much time as possible. How much time do the car services like FL Tours or Tiffany spare you? Also, how much time do they allow you to grocery shop on the way to your resort?

We used Prestige and they were fantastic. Ray picked us up at baggage claim and helped carry our bags---took us to Albertson's for a 30 minute grocery stop.

Then told us what time he would be back at the hotel 9 days later to pick us up for the airport---which was 2 hours before our flight was to leave.

He pulled in at exactly that time.
