Comparing Disney Hotel Cheyenne and DCR

We may well be off to DLP on the 28th November. We will be two adults in a double room for three nights. Would you be kind enough to give a comparison of the two hotels.
We are hoping the Christmas parade will start then as I have always wanted to see the park dressed for Chriatmas.

The park will definitely be dressed for Christmas when you go .
The Cheyenne is onsite, and is only a 15 minute walk from there to the Parks (or there is a free shuttle between the hotel and the park gates all day every day). You would need to drive from DCR to the parks.

We have stayed in both and would rate them both about the same so it really depends what you want out of your accomadation

DCR - out of the way, more private and alot more space, has a pool

Cheyanne - Well themed, closer to parks

if you like to pop back to your room then i would go with cheyanne.

Also the walk from the park entrance to the car park is a long way, almost as long as walking to the hotel and when you are tired catching the bus to the hotel is much more pleasant.
