Community Hall at BLT Like Kidani ?

To those who own at BLT and the ones who are in the know is the Community Hall at BLT going to be as awesome as the one at Kidani Village? I was looking at the pictures and description today on Allears.net and it was so impressive and got me excited that they might have the same kind of Community Hall for are trip to BLT in Novemebr.

By the declaration plans it looked like there was a lot of public areas on the 2nd and 3rd floor adjacent to what I would assume is the 3 floor open atrium style lobby. It would be my guess that it likely would be there overlooking the lobby.

I also know that there is going to be some sort of club at the top of BLT which looks very impressive. I do hope that there as many DVC activities available at BLT as there are at other DVC resorts (but I guess we'll have to wait until August to officially find out - LOL).

Does BLT have a new pool area or are they sharing the existing pool?

BLT has it's own pool area with a slide. It is on the lake side and can be seen in some of the photos.

Yes, BLT does have its own slide, but DVC members also have the option of visiting the CR pool as well (although CR guests supposedly cannot use the BLT pool).

the documents I signed mentioned a community hall but have no idea where.

noticed it because it was surprise - no one has mentioned it - and VWL does not have one.

the thing on top - is 'top of the world' a lounge and observation area that does not belong to DVC or us.

Disney will start to rent the thing out - but here is hoping that even when they rent it out - we still get to visit when it is not rented.

that say - Disney has very few things for larger groups at MK. the wedding chappel and in the MK (and even that has a 50 limit) is about it. Lots of places for smaller wedding - but not alot for the bigger ones. So don't think we will kept it for long. Especially if it can take 250 people - although it definitely looks too small for that many.

now the CR convention center can take a bunch - but if you want to get married at Disney - you generally want a prettier background.

guess should be happy if members to get use it at all...

now the gym assumed we were going to be using the one at CR - now since AKV has it own much, much nicer gym - don't know.
