Hi All,

I've emailed/mailed out many copies of my Disney communication pictures and have now created a "booklet" (for lack of a better word) with directions for parents or caregivers on how to make a low tech communication system.

It's a project for my grad program but once I get it back, graded, and with changes, it may (with hope) become a sticky on the main page (along with a PDF of the disney communication pictures).

I need some help from anyone who is willing to take 5 minutes and read through the booklet and provide feedback from your perspective. PM me (with an email address) if you are interested.

Much, much, much appreciated,
Forevryoung

Our daughter is only 2, so probably too young to give you meaningful feedback. Right now we do sign language, but if her speech doesn't start at some point, we'll move to PECS. Her speech therapist gave us some pictures (dd loves fridge magnets, so dh attached the PECs to a roll of magnet tape, and cut them out). We all decided the PECs pictures were too abstract for a young toddler, because she couldn't or wouldn't use them.

Anyway, if we do wind up using PECs, thanks in advance, because we'll certainly use WDW ones!!:goodvibes
