Commemorative Luggage Tags - PROBLEM ATTACHING!

I feel like an idiot... I can't get the tags to work!!!! Anyone else have problems??? I feel like several months ago I saw a step by step guide on here and maybe even with pictures???
At the time, I thought - really??? They can't figure out the luggage tags??? And, now I sit here thinking hmmmm, WTH?????

Anyone that can help???

Put the end of the card through the middle of the strap and pull. You'll get a knot. The video is good.

That video is great. I just got my tags for my Oct visit, and I'm happy to see a demo on it.
