Too funny we were at the same mall, probably walked right by each other I am so excited about the photo session, I figure for what I spend on pics at Sears, this is no more expensive.

Have you looked into a town car or limo, Peg found it cheaper to go with them depending on how far away you are from the airport. There using London Limos.

The tooth is amazing...got my stitches out on Monday and he said I can see you've been doing your homework....healing beautifully.....thanks for asking

We really need to figure out a time and place for us to meet you guys...it will only be Jas and I though as Peg and her family will be at home already when you arrive

Well I spent today cancelling ressie's and talking on the phone. Booked the kids into kids clubs twice. I hope they enjoy them! It took quite a bit of time and then phoned member services to check on the size of the coffee pot (priorities you know). The cast member reviewed what was in the kitchen and she's reading out "mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, cookie sheets," then she stopped and said "what are they thinking, you're on holidays!?" I laughed so hardI was thinking exactly the same thing! I also found out we have to be on the dining plan for the entire stay including the two days Jasmine and Queen won't be thereSo to rectify that problem I booked us breakfast at 1900 Park Fare on the Sunday morning after we arrive.We didn't have any character meals booked this trip so that will be great and Yachtsman on Sunday eve takes two credits each. I was worrying about trying to use all the credits we inherited and Geodoc says "how much is the dining plan per day?" It comes out to $102 per day. He kindly pointed out we can't have a meal for the 4 of us for that much so stop worrying! How great is he I think secretly he's just happy I don't involve him too much in the planning, he just likes to show up and say "ok, what are we doing today?" He just bonds with his gps and ipod touch and he's a happy camper

Oh and big news today.....Mini Montana can float all by herselfwoohoo:: Snow White's front crawl technique is really great too! What a difference a year makes.

Hi Peg! The kids clubs look like tons of fun, we were thinking of putting DD in Simbas Clubhouse this trip. She is really into Simba and all things lion king right now! How crazy is all the baking stuff!! At least you will be prepared should the urge to bake some cookies arises! Yay for Mini Montana and Snow White!! What a great accoplishment!

Oh I forgot to mention I bought myself a pair of runners and there was a sticker that said I could get $20 off any item in the store, so I found Snow White a pair of crocs on sale for $24.99, so let's do the math...that's $4.99 for a pair of crocs! I was happy.

What a great deal you got!! You certainly can't beat that!!

Oh but I won't be there to save Mini Montana from Lady Tremaine....I'll have to have a chat with her before you guys leave....I still remember her little hand reaching out to hold mine and saying "She's coming auntie, are you ready?" I just looked into her beautiful little eyes and said don't worry angel, I'm way meaner and she was so happy I'm thinkin a slam against auntie, but whatever, my girl was put at ease.

My little MM can float I think Jas and I will come to swimming lessons tonight, camera in hand.....I love the way that little face looks in her googles Snow is doing so awesome, they remind me of us when we were little, couldn't keep us out of the pool.

How do you get $102 a day on the dining plan, isn't it $39.99 per day Even when I do mental math (some think I am mental) that's $80 Ok, my work here is clearly done...movin on Just so you don't get mad Peg

Glad to help. Last year Peg booked a limo..it went and picked them up, then swung by our place picked us up and then to the airport for $65....it would cost most than that for a cab from Peg's....they didn't even charge extra for the extra stop!!!

Will patiently await your PM....I will do whatever I can to meet even if it's only for a little while, would be so nice to connect down there

Wow, I can't believe Peg, Geodoc and the girls take off 2 weeks tomorrow I dropped Jasmine off at work this morning and headed over to Peg's just for a quick visit.

Yesterday Jasmine received her work schedule for the next 2 weeks and she only has next Thurs and Fri off and the following week only Thurs off I actually wasn't laughing as I was writing it on the calendar and I realized her hair, manicure and pedicure appointments were all scheduled and now she was working So we got on the phone and had to do some rearranging which isn't always easy.

Her hairdresser is an absolute doll and told her she would stay one evening and do her hair as she knew we were going on vacation....whew....one done two to go. She was able to get a pedicure where we normally go but no go on the manicure, so she's trying a place about a block from where we go. Hey, whatever works. She really wasn't concerned about the manicure only the pedicure and her hair. She gets bad ingrown toe nails so a pedicure is not a luxury for her

My appts are all still okie dokie

Other than those few changes, nothing new around here......

Latest updates from our house....Jasmine started getting sick on Thursday evening, just a cold, woke up yesterday and she sounded horrid. She jumped in the shower as she had to work at 930, we stopped at Tim's to get her some bottled peach juice (she hates drinking water so I figured any liquids besides an iced capp would be good) and she was off. I picked her up at 130 and she sounded a little better...even mentioned that she thought I might be right about the more you drink when your sick the better you feelAll I said is "better now than in 2 weeks when you have to get on a plane". Nothing like a head cold on a plane

I have been looking over our schedule now since Brenda and Kayla aren't joining us. We had booked Planet Hollywood and a few other ressies to places they have never been, so I am seriously considering if we should keep these or do some of our favs for a second time

I am also considering doing a Signature Dining Experience....either Citricos or Jiko's.....tried California Grill....no good, seems to be booked solid which I am not surprised at.

Jas works today at 2 so I think I might run into a few of the ladies stores and see if they have any good deals on end of season stuff. Don't really need anything, but a deal is a deal.

I'm a little behind in my posting.
Queen's getting awfully mouthy on here lately isn't she The dining plan costs US $102 a day and we're eating your $80 a day times two!
Both the girls passed their swimming
They were so happyNever did see hide nor hair of Queen at the pool. Missing out on her only neices swimming lessons Luckily she has two more weeks to check in. I signed them up for another block of lessons.
We leave two weeks today!The kids and Geodoc and I did sleep in today, actually Snow White has not awoken from her princess sleep yet
So two weeks today we'll be doing the following......enjoy!

Taking the limo to the airport.

Getting on the airplane.

Taking Magical Express to the resort.

We'll be checking in to Saratoga Springs for the first time and enjoying the beautiful 2 br villa for the first time!

Hi Queen, longtime lurker and admirer of your and your sister's reports. re california grill, i really wanted to try it when there in june but could not get a reservation. the conceirge advised me to take a reservation for the bar and it ended up being perfect. the bar is directly adjacent to the restaurant, had a number of families sitting there, and we had a window seat that had IMO a better view of the fireworks (which were at 9 or 10, check on this) than any of the restaurant seats, so consider doing this if you want to try CG!

PS the fireworks were spectacular and they dimmed the lights and piped the music in!

You will never guess what happened this morning....I got an ADR at California Grill for our last night there I almost cried I was so happy, I can't wait to see Wishes from there

We usually spend our last evening in the MK and cry our eyes out when we leave, I can't imagine what it's going to be like up there

We were going to go to Raglan Road on the 21st, but I cancelled that and made an ADR at T-Rex and will just pay OOP for that one so then I'll have enough credits to pay for CG

We went to the beach today and actually had a 31 degree C day here. I think it's our first for the summerThat is so sad. We are going to melt in Orlando, we have had no real hot days and only a couple of days with moderate humidity. Oh well, at least we'll get summer there, unless there is a repeat of last year with a tropical storm Lets not go down that road. Even with two applications of sunscreen Snow White got a bit burnt and Mini Montana just got browner. Mini Montana has Geodoc's skin and Snow Has mine....burns just thinking about the sun

So Queen's friend is coming to help me start packing tomorrow. Apparently I need the help according to Queen because of my back(chronic back pain that seems to be much worse these last 6 months). I think it's just her control issues

I pulled out 6 dresses for each girl and I have all the other things like some snacks, toiletries, extra hangers all ready. We'll see what we get done The girls think they're helping when they pull out all the things they want to take that we really don't need to take.

Wish me luck tomorrow with Queen and her friend...I may have to hurt one or both of them if they aren't nice to me and try to take over

Well now Peg only has one of us to deal with....I picked up a nasty cold....sore throat, congested head...overall gross I called her a few minutes ago along with Brenda and told them they're on their own today. Jasmine was sick a couple of days ago, but strickly a head cold no sore throat, however Thomas came over night before last and announced he had a sore throat....I may have to hurt that boy He texted Jas last night and said he was in bed all day.....I hope I have caught mine early enough.....

Thanks for the good wishes, when I talked to Peg this morning I said better now than in 2 weeks!!! I had so much I wanted to do today...after Peg's I was going to drop off 3 pairs of short for alterations (I lost some weight from last year so things are a little big, not that I'm complaining) pick up dry cleaning, get some groceries, take Jasmine to work....instead I'm doing nothing but sitting on the boards

I can totally relate to getting busier and busier...it just kinda sneaks up on us doesn't it Isn't SSR beautiful, I really have to remind myself that we aren't staying at ASMu the whole time, that we are so fortunate to be able to experience 3 different resorts....we're lucky people

I just checked in with peg and brenda and things are going well. I could hear MM in the background yappy to brenda, she does like to help. I went back to bed this morning cause I felt so lousy, got up around 11, jumped in the shower and I feel semi-human now

Ahh yes, I do know all about checking people out at the Disney pool Two years ago when we were there with my girlfriend and her family, the 2 girls were oogling this young man who was probably 18 or 19, so Brenda and I put the zoom on the cameras and took pics for them....for 2.5 seconds we were the coolest moms ever.

I can't wait for you to read the whole report I sure hope you enjoy it. I bought a neat little coiled notepad that will fit in my backpack so i can keep good notes while we're there!!!

I believe Geodoc is bringing his laptop....I think it's wrong not to at least check in while we're there I was thinking about it today....Peg will be home on the 21st so I'm sure she'll start reporting as soon as she's home and then once Jas and I are home, I'll tell you what really went on
