Comfort Suites Maingate~Who's stayed there???

We need a nice place to stay in Kissimmee for one night before checking into our townhome rental for the week. I know Comfort Suites Maingate East is really popular, but there is no availability.
Has anyone stayed at Comfort Suites Maingate, and how did you like it?
We don't like to stay at hotels with exterior corridors usually. Was this one okay?

Not for two years, but we're booked back in again in January so I'd be interested to hear any up to date info.

Our last stay was the second time we'd stayed there - I'm a hotel snob and as far as motels go I like it. The rooms are big, clean and generally quiet, the external corridors aren't so bad - if it's a security issue for you, ask for a pool view room and you'll feel more enclosed. The pool is large - and warm! And breakfast is pretty good (if you get there early, get there late and it can be a nightmare).

Hopefully that's still representitive of the place!

We have stayed here the last two years that we have been to Disney and really like it. As stated the rooms are big and the breakfast for a continental breakfast is actually good. This is probably where we will stay when we go back in March. Also if you book thru knowbeforeugo.com you might be able to get a better rate even if for one night.

I Stayed there from September 17th- October 10th 2007

This is a very nice Hotel, an the Breakfast ist fantastic. Everything is very clean, and everybody is very friendly.

The only bad thing is the Disney Shuttle , it runs only 3 or 4 times a Day .

That is the Comfort Suites Maingate EAST right? We are staying at the Comfort Suites Maingate. The Maingate EAST was full that night
There is a car show that weekend and they are full. It sure looks like a nice hotel though

Yeah that picture looks like the Comfort Suites Maingate East which is next to Old Town,I've stayed there several times and think it's a very good hotel.I'm sorry but I've never stayed at the Comfort Suites maingate,almost booked it one time and it looks pretty good online but I can't help you.

I believe we stayed at Maingate West. I know it wasn't East. Because that's the one I wanted and they booked me into the wrong place. Stupid TA.

Is Maingate West different than the one you mean ?

I don't know if there is a West. I know there is a CSM and a CSM East.

Well, change of plans~ we're not staying at Comfort Suites Maingate afterall. We are just going to stay at All Star Music the Friday night we arrive in Kissimmee before checking into our townhouse
