It's these last days that I keep worrying that something might happen to prevent me from going. Last night we had a tornado warning here, actually it touched down about 4mi from my house. Was I worried that I would die? Heck no! I was worried it would cause me not to get to go on my trip!

Hey I was doing this dance last week when we were supposed to leave this past Wed. and then dd came down with STREP the day before we were supposed to leave...LUCKILY we were able to reschedule for next Saturday, so here we are again doing that single digit dance!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW!! The time really flew by and I think I've been working too hard. We arrive at OKW 6/7 so I guess we're officially in single digit territory. As strange as it might sound, I kind of wish things would slow down just a bit so I can enjoy the anticipation a little, if you know what I mean. My DD (8) is cranked up and ready to go and she's got some new experiences in store for her. Looks like a lot of new memories to build.
