I just hung up with WDW and the CM I spoke to said that the discounts for Oct 3-Dec 17 will be released on Aug 15.

How true this is, well I dont know but I am still going to check every single day and get up super early next Sunday LOL

we stayed at POFQ Dec. 2008, during Pop Warner week and were able to take advantage of the 35% off Mod. AP discount. I assume it was also offered in 2009...i plan on it being offered again this year!

The plans for now are very tenative, hoping for Oct 22 to Oct 31 and DH is wanting to go back to the CBR, he loves that place and we have not stayed there in 7 years....BUT...if the rates are really great I would love to do a split stay between CBR and YC or BWI.

Now if the Dolphin comes out with the $99 rate they had before we will be all over that...HEAVENLY BEDS!!

Great dates!!! If your plans hold, I'll get to read dining reviews while I pack! We are coming in right after Jersey week and staying at the WL, at least, that is the most recent choice. We have switched several times, but the kids will NOT let us switch from the WL; since, they saw the Humphrey cartoons. Why, oh why, did I ever show those cartoons to them. The "Great Hotels" with Samantha Brown from the WL sealed the deal with them. We booked with a BB from our trip last year, but it would be nice to have an AP deal so that we wouldn't have to pay for the unneeded tickets. SO, here we wait. I understand the logic behind Aug. 15, but I think that will be the date that they release the 2011 packages, not our long awaited AP rates. Here's hoping that they come out soon, though!

I am REALLY hoping that the dates go beyond 12/17! We are going 12/18-22...

Guess if they do not go tht far we might look into renting points since there is only a $90 difference between Pop with my current BB rate and a studio. DH will be happy, but the kidos might revolt.
