The 15th is a Sunday, though. That would be pretty unusual. On the other hand one of the CM's mentioned the 15th to me when I called a couple of weeks ago, but I've been told so may dates by them and they really don't know.

i agree, relaesing discounts on a Sun. would be something totally new!!
but i was thinking "around the 15"..so maybe the 18th???..that's a Wed.

Well, apparently Disney is breaking with tradition in a lot of ways. In the recent past, ticket price increases were announced on Friday, effective Sunday. This year, they were announced on a Tuesday (today), effective on Thursday, Aug. 5. So as far as I'm concerned, all bets are off as to when they're going to do anything!

The site is downright now. Can't book packages or rooms. Hopefully this means there will be AP discounts when we wake up in the morning.

I have my Nov dates booked with a 40% off PIN right now ... but I was not able to get the catagory room I wanted with the PIN. So hoping an AP rate will come out for that catagory AND then I can book dining without adding those stupid one day tix!
