Come back rate at Christmas?

I was reading through some posts about a come back rate. I have a few questions regarding this.
My husband and I are planning an after christmas trip and we would like to stay at WL. I understand that this is holiday time, and typically are no discounts. Not even AP discounts...I didn't know if mabye this comeback rate would apply...
