So for Wishes, I had planned out my spot, right by Caseys Corner, got there earlyish, found a lady in a wheelchair (my favorite spot since my tripod is not in their way, they wont bump me and little kids can't get in front and hit my tripod either):goodvibes (sounds bad but works great!!!). It was crowded!!! WOW!!! wall to wall people, almost scary, the light turned down and then....a little girl gets on the dad shoulders in front of me!!!!:headache: REALLY! What do you do....NOTHING!! UGH..anyway here are my photos

Great tip about looking for a wheel chair :)

Those pictures are AMAZING! The look fake....so beautiful.

Sorry about the people stepping in front of you before the show. :headache: Some people are just rude. And some simply don't pay attention to their surroundings. :sad2:

But, you still got some lovely pictures. :thumbsup2

It was a good dinner, but we've had some great dinners for 1 TS credit and this just didn't feel like it was worth 2 TS credits. Where are you going???

These are our ADRs:

Citricos - dinner
'Ohana - breakfast
H&V - breakfast
Via Napoli - dinner
Crystal Palace - breakfast
'Ohana - dinner
Tusker House - breakfast

I am glad I'm not the only one that misses Spectro. The Electrical Parade is the one I saw as a kid, and I was excited to see it again when we went in 2010, but I wasn't as impressed as I thought I would be. I wish they were bringing Spectro back before our fall trip. Awesome pictures, though! The fireworks pictures were amazing, too!

First off- hi neighbor!! :wave2:

Second, your pictures are amazing!! Love seeing them all. I almost feel like I'm there...almost ;) The castle pics are some of my favs! The outdoor POR pics are very pretty too. We stayed there our last visit and will prob be back there next year as we are a family of 5 as well (my mom comes with us) and WL just isn't in the budget this time! We liked POR, the resort is beautiful...WL is just more us.

Anyway, can't wait to see more pics and hear more about your trip!

Oh and btw, those ice cream pics really are frightening:scared1: to the diet, but they look soooo good!

My DD had:
Chef Frank's Seafood Boil - Snow crab, clams, mussels and 11/4 lb. Maine lobster boiled in seafood stock with fresh corn on the cob. - $49.95

DSC_0619a5.jpg

Hello, DD here. Just wanted to say that the disboard menu doesn't list all the dishes at some restaurants and that this is Chef Frank's Seafood Boil, but it is the Prince Edward Island Mussels - Braised with Calina Chardonnay, pancetta, tomato, basil, linguini $27. Not as fancy or expensive, but it was still really good

The allears.net menu was updated in April, so right after we left and has the correct menu on it: http://allears.net/menu/menu_fch.htm

For anyone reading this, thanks for following Moms trip report :goodvibes

GORGEOUS pictures!! Especially love the one of the balloons before Wishes.

I just found your report and am loving all of the pictures! You managed to get so many without people in them, what patience you must have!

Looking forward to reading more.

I found the wheel chair tip a couple of years ago by accident, but it really works well!!

Those sound great!!!! You have a nice mix of breakfast and dinner. We always just do dinners for a better value and a nice break to sit down twords the end of a day. Love Via Napoli, the waiters are so beautiful! I would go there just to drink water!!!:lmao:

I first saw electrical Light Parade on my first trip in high school, so it is a nice memory but I love Spectro!!

Welcome! Some one else from Lees Summit just popped in a few days ago to say hi too! Who knew LS loves Disney!!!:goodvibes

POR was a nice resort but not totally me. I think maybe the room location gave me a bad taste, not really sure what it was, but not my must do resort. Nothing I can really put my finger on:confused3

We've not stayed deluxe in awhile but I feel it coming:laughing:

I took a break from my "better eating life style change" while we were there. Only gained 4 lbs and they were worth it!!

GORGEOUS pictures!! Especially love the one of the balloons before Wishes.

Thanks so much!!

Welcome! I have this thing about wanting no people in my photos. I will stand and stand waiting for the shot!!:lmao: I do a lot of catching up to the family!

I hear that a lot about Via Napoli. Of course, I won't let DH know that's one reason we're going there. :rolleyes1

Moving on to our Hollywood Studios day! Yea!! Anyone else still want to call it MGM?? It was a beautiful day, lots of sun!

so I opted to look at the scenery:

Then it was a mad dash to TSM...

DSC_0866.jpg

I'm one of those who just don't get the hype of this ride:confused3 Like the other Toy Story ride, your just shooting at things...anyway we has no FP and they were ALREADY out for the DAY!!! So we waited

and waited

some doing better than others.

DSC_0896.jpg

Up next off to lunch and Star Wars...my DD area of comfort~hahaha!

Totally agree with you! I don't understand the hype of both Toy Story rides :confused3 But I guess if I have to go on one it is going to be Buzz at MK just because I don't feel so rushed to get a FP or make a beeline for it at opening. Would much rather hurry to TOT and RNR first at HS :)

Wow! Great TR and amazing pics. We were there the 2nd week of March and the crowds were awful. In fact my kids say they never want to go during Spring Break again because of the crowds.
We were also at POR but on the mansion side. We have requested Alligator Bayou for our trip in Feb so thanks for those pics. It looks so nice and peaceful in that area. Keep the pics coming! :)

Great pictures! I love ToT & RNRC!

I can only imagine how long y'all waited for TSM without a FP...given the crowds y'all were in. :scared1:

I think TSM, RnRC & ToT are among the hardest headliners of any of the parks to be able to get to do all 3 and still have time to do other things, expecially if you don't go early.

In retrospect, was your group still happy with riding RnRC and ToT before TSM? Or was there any discussion that it would have been a better plan to do TSM before the others &/or FP's were still available for RnRC & ToT after the ones for TSM ran out?

TIA :goodvibes

Still loving your beautiful pictures popcorn::

BL in MK isn't really the huge push like TSM in HS. I want Disney to come up with their first inverted roller coaster in a Monsters Inc. theme. Going from dark room to dark room, monsters popping our and finishing with a ride through a door warehouse, dodging closet doors along the way!!! Come on Disney!!!!!

Spring break was our only option so we either went or stayed home, crowds and all. ugh! So glad you liked the photos!!!:goodvibes

We waited about an hour, :eek:it was a bummer. I miss the old fastpass system!

Our kids being teens must do RnRC and ToT before they do TSM. It was the friends first chance to so TSM so we did it, just once. They rode the others and ST about 3 times. :goodvibes They are all about the thrill rides!

We finished TSM and were ready to head to lunch. One the menu today:

DSC_0907.jpg

Something new to us, never been here before. It was good. Burgers were good, fries, as you can tell, a little soggy but fine and chocolate id always good!

DD got a ham sandwich:
