I'm so glad today is Friday !! Does anyone have any big plans for this weekend ?

We are having dinner with friends tomorrow - other than that nothing much planned for the weekend here !

Wow, that kind of suprises me since it has stopped snowing. I haven't been outside but I bet it is extrememly cold though.

I spent another hour-and-a-half out there behind Union Station yesterday afternoon. Believe me when I say the three hours out there on Wednesday morning were much nicer. The snow had stopped but it was still cold and windy and damp.

we don't even go to Casa Bonita for the out of town guests

Last time we went was almost 3 years ago.

I have been only once in the almost 12 years that I have lived here.

We haven't been to Casa Bonita for three years either, but we also take out of town guests there who have kids. The girls always beg to go there, but we change their minds with CiCi's or Armadillos.

We went twice in one year once we realized one of the cliff divers was the cute boy from the Elitch's theater group .

I am usually able to convince people to go to Jose's....where is CiCi's??

CiCi's is just the cheapo pizza buffet place. The girls LOVE this place (mostly because of their cinnamon rolls).

My mom, jiminyC_fan will not be on probably this week because her house is torn apart because she is getting new carpet today and tomorrow. That is what we got to do this weekend, at least it was nice outside to be moving lots of stuff in to the garage!

I went yesterday to the Park Meadows mall....I couldn't find any sign that the Disney Store is going to be there. Do I need another slap to my forehead??

In looking at the stores that The Disney Company is keeping, both Southwest and Park Meadows are there?? I am so confused (which isn't too hard)

In looking at the stores that The Disney Company is keeping, both Southwest and Park Meadows are there?? I am so confused (which isn't too hard)

My sister has a friend that worked at the Park Meadows store until they "closed". She was transferred down to the Southwest Plaza store and we ran in to her working there and she told my sister that she is working at the Southwest Plaza Store until the Soft Opening of the Park Meadows store in April. But that is all I have heard and that was maybe 2 months ago.

Since I am learning all of these places, I went to their website. It lists the Springs as the first one in it's "Coming Soon" list. But I don't know how current they keep their website, so I suppose it could have been "coming soon" for awhile?

You know, the Walden Books Store is closing in the main mall there on the 19th (?) so I wonder if Disney will be going into their spot once the inventory and fixtures are gone...That seems like a small pad though so maybe not!

I was wondering where they would put the store. From our walkthrough of the mall...there just isn't space for a Disney Store. With them taking back ownership on May 1st I thought I would at least see a store front. Oh well.

Do you think they might revamp the one at Southwest since it's so small??
