Mrs. YEKCIM, our daughter, and I just returned from a week in the Colonial area of Virginia and, of course, came back loaded with pictures from each place we visited.
Williamsburg was our first stop and our longest; we spent two full days there. I've just finished editing and uploading some of the keepers from Williamsburg, a few of which follow:
Cupola of the Governor's Palace:
Blacksmith at work in his shop:
Interior of one of the assembly rooms in the Capitol:
Inside one of the shops:
Ready...Aim...FIRE!!
General Washington reviewing some of his "younger" troops:
Revolutionary War Living Historians:
Civilian Living Historian:
Our "Colonial" daughter:
Off to the races:
The rest of the "keepers" are here, if anyone is interested in them. Jamestown, Yorktown, Mount Vernon, the VA and NC mountains, and Biltmore House will follow as soon as I get time to edit.
