I wanted to take a summer class at Montclair since it's a lot closer than my school. I was going to take a lab science and I had all these papers at my school signed, and I registered at Montclair and everything. My boyfriend and I were going to take the class together, and we were gonna have 2 people hold the seats for us (since he's a freshman and I'm a visiting student, so we register last). Of course, the one girl didn't hold the seat for us and the class is already closed. I also had some weird hold on my record and I e-mailed someone but they haven't e-mailed me back. So it looks like another summer with no summer classes. Hopefully I'm gonna try to find a job though, since I have 4 months off!

I just finished today! (cross fingers that I passed...)

After my WDW/Cruise vacation next Monday Its back to full time at Walmart and one math class from Mid June-Aug) Add my DL vacation in and hopefully some day/overnight trips thats about it

Finished last exam on Monday!! WooHoo!!! Was signed up for 2 summer classes, but my scholarship didn't cover them for the summer, so they were going to be out of pocket, and after I had some very serious car trouble I realized I couldn't afford them so I dropped them. I intend to be working full time (which is no different from now really) and enjoying my couple of months free from school!! No trips or fun vacations in my future, just saving money for the new car I will need to purchase within the next few months.

My best friend and another close friend (my best friend's brother's fiance) both just got engaged within this month (my best friend, just about 2 hours ago) so we will definitely be having fun between the three of us planning their weddings.

Also spending lots of time working on the major remodeling projects on the house that my boyfriend bought.

rocking the summer school! I changed majors and I kinda don't want to hang out in school for 4 more years.

Taking one class in the first session and two the next. I'm also working at Banana Republic b/c I just got hired. Go me.

Luckily, once exams are over I'm heading down to Key Largo with my scuba class so I can get some dives in and get my NAUI certification.

Briar Rose, I WORKED at Park Shore during two summers of college, many years ago. I hope the counselors today get bigger tips than I did! I don't think I could have lived for more than a few days on the tips I made. Day Camp jobs were a great way to meet other college kids, but not terrific sources of funds!

Lucky you. I had to do my certification dives in the nice warm 42 degree waters of Lake Skaneateles, in upstate NY.

(I've got dives this coming weekend for my advanced class ... last weekend's water temp was about 39 ... should be fun)

(and yes, I do have the drysuit specialty certification, and will be using a drysuit this weekend ... helps a lot, but still cold)

I'll be going to Disney World, the Jersey shore, Michigan to see my boyfriend, and who knows where else. All I'll be doing is traveling and relaxing, I can't wait lol

I hope to stick with it and take advanced scuba and get my advanced open water cert. I also want to try to take scuba leadership and maybe even get my instructor's cert.

But first, I have to deal with my bouyancy problem....
