I just watched the opening and while I cannot STAND the Star Mangled Banner, Fantasia did a fantastic job with a very difficult song (it's been consistently rated as one of the hardest songs to sing).

I'm from Minnesota, and half my family is from South Bend, Indiana. Home of Notre Dame. About the only thing both can agree on is a hatred of Ichigan.

I would normally root for a Big 10 team, but Washington’s QB played for IU, I want them to win.

She has a very unique voice, that normally grates on my ears, but I liked this version.

It doesn’t matter. If they benefitted from the cheating then their wins are tainted. Don’t get me wrong, they are a good team and (at the moment) they are totally dominating over Washington. But their win (if they do) will seem tainted.

Well I mean Harbaugh was suspended for 3 games for the scandal so….he was kind of found guilty and disciplined. It’s not really disputed. The only thing in dispute is how much the games were affected by it. That really has nothing to do with Mott or the U of Michigan as a whole. And you are right, no Michigan fan gives 2 craps about the cheating (and probably any other fan base for any other team would feel the same way). I’m really just an observer as I don’t have a team in college football that a care a whole lot about (there’s a few teams I root for if it’s going to be a good game and I have nothing going on).
