Do not know if it's an appropriate place but I will join you in the complaining! My twins tuition at state university just jumped another 9%, it was 9% last year as well! Glad they are graduating next May!

florida state schools are going up another 15% this year...thanks goodness for the Fl prepaid plan!

Same here college tuition for next year when up 20% and student fees when up as well .

We're still waiting here - they're supposed to vote today. Looks like it will be going up 20 - 22 %.

Thankfully I am done with college, but that 60K I borrowed to pay for it (because the government said I could afford to pay for college without any financial aide) is now over 100K. DO NOT use Sallie Mae for your loans. Use another program.

I am not sure how the college fees going up so much year over year is legal!

Thank goodness my DH works for a college and we have tuition reimbursement! I am currently enrolled and get 2 classes/semester free. I keep crossing my fingers there is still a tuition program when my kids are ready for college, because we won't be able to afford it otherwise (not on what the college pays my DH!).

It is going up 5% where we are. I suppose I should be thankful.

I think pretty soon it is going to hit the point where it is def. unaffordable for most!!!!
