Hi, we have paid for our disney and universal park tickets in the travel agents and all they gave us was a print out to say what we paid for and it says we have to collect them from the guest services once at the park. Has anybody ever done this before ? if so was there any problems ?
Thanks Sharon

We have done this a few times without any problem. We usually go to DTD on the night we arrive and exchange them at the guest services there.

Haven't done this at WDW but have for other parks and no problems at all, as long as they're purchased from somewhere reputable then I can't see how there would be :)

Thanks for the replies i am glad other people have done this with no problem, put my mind at rest
Thanks Sharon :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

It's fine. Even Virgin normally issue vouchers that need to be exchanged. For the Disney tickets, just visit guest services at one of the main four parks (you cannot do this at the water parks), take photo id, and they will exchange the vouchers for the real tickets. :goodvibes

We also use DTD guest services on our 1st evening to exchange any vouchers, although when we landed Xmas day we wanted to get straight into MK so did it there.
Been using vouchers for about 3 years now with no problems.

Thanks to everybody for the replies, i feel much better now
Thanks (roll on tomorrow)
