I have at least over 100 bottle tops and many, many 12pk box codes.

What is the best way to use them to the fullest benefit?

Sell them?
Open accounts for each member of family to use as many as can each week, per limit?

On a seperate note:
Does any schools use them as fundraisering?
Our high school sells Coke exclusively due to contract with athletics, so I am pretty sure we can start a bottle cap program easily.

Thanks in advance

No schools in our area use them, but I can not speak for all. I collect the points and have gotten a lot of nice things ( sometimes they even have year long subscriptions to magazines like people and cosmo). If it were me I would open one account and then add as many as you can and wait and add more. Thay way you'll get all the points into one account and you can get something realy nice.

Our household drinks too many Coke products too. I use the points for entries into sweepstakes. So far I haven't won anything, but you just never know! There are usually sweepstakes for Disney vacations and cruises. We don't drink enough to get thousands of points otherwise maybe I would save them for other stuff.

First, you have to get them in the account and counted as points. I don't recommend splitting them because the game could end with you having several accounts with low points and nothing to buy. I used to cash in for AMC movie tickets but they've put the point value way up for those-no longer worth it. Lately, I got a couple magazine subscriptions-Discovery and National Geographic for my son and Entertainment for me. I've also bought little souvenirs for stocking stuffers and entered a few contest but never won. I also bought a couple 12packs with points but I haven't seen that offered for a while-mostly 20oz. bottles. I haven't seen any fab deals for a while. They only let you enter 120points a week so get started.

We use them. We put in as many as we can each week. My husband and I each have an account.

I've gotten many free 12 packs, free movie tickets/popcorn, free subway gift cards, even Universal studio tickets.

I just have one account but if I had more codes so I would exceed the 120 points per week limit, I'd certainly create another one or two. I like saving my points for big rewards like the $50 Nike code...I've gotten my daughter and myself several of those over the past few years for free shoes, sweatshirts, etc. at the Nike factory outlet store. 17 weeks x 120 points gets you the 2000 points you need for that.

I've also gotten free magazine subscriptions and free soda, and last year free Subway gift cards (which I hope they bring back). They do have special Wednesday deals at lower-than-normal point values, but so far nothing I've really wanted. And I never enter the sweepstakes since I figure the odds are really poor, and I don't like wasting all my work inputting the codes on bad odds;)

so useful.hehe.thanks for your share.

We have an account and keep adding to it. In the beginning, we used to get 12 packs of Coke products. However, they have so drastically increased the points needed for minimal items, that it has become just a gimmick IMO.

I have an account and my husband has an account. We donate all our points to the school. It is very easy to set up a school account, if your school is interested.

I have lots of friends who are not interested in keying in codes, so they give me all their codes. I have two accounts (I think any one household can have up to three accounts).

I've been accruing points since they started. They run it year to year so yes they can pull the plug at any time, but I don't see that happening, it's been very successful.

I mostly use points toward reward items when they go "on sale". They will reduce the point values on specific items. They have special Wednesday deals for a specific item for instance. Or sometimes they have Limited Time rewards.

I usually don't go in for the sweepstakes as I've never won and I feel like I'm throwing away rewards I could redeem for concrete items. But recently I couldn't help but blow 4,000 rewards on entering a sweepstake daily for the full month it was open (I'll let you know how that turns out).

As for schools, I put a bug in the ear of the PTA at my school and they opened an account, so occasionally I put reward points there. Not sure how much they get or how that works for the school.

Hope that was helpful, it's no big deal to enter codes IMHO. I've redeemed them for kitchen items, Xmas gifts, magazine subscriptions.... probably the most valuable have been the Nike and Omaha gift cards as I used them on orders that were already clearance priced.

Hope that helps, sorry for the novel

You can also donate points to charities on there too. I think there are a couple you can donate to year round but they have short runs where you can give to children's charities.

I usually save them up for World of Coke. The kids love taking friends and trying all the different pops, escpecially Beverly;)
