This is a popular misconception that surfaces on these boards often. Nescafe is served at the Beverage Station only.

The coffee served in the dinning rooms and from room service is from ground coffee. (Take the galley tour, you'll see the super-sized coffee machines.)

Also, any of the bars have coffee machines that can make any type of coffee drink from fresh-ground beans. While the Cove Cafe may offer more of a selection of various beans, any of the bars will be able to accomodate speciality coffees.

I actually really enjoyed all of the coffee that I drank in the various restaurants. It has a very peculiar taste, nice. I enjoyed it and would like to find out what it is so I can get more.
