Coffee Makers @ The Grand

I know this has been posted before, but I wasn't able to locate it.
On our way to DL in November and staying at the Grand. What brand/style of coffee makers do they have in the standard rooms?

Not a coffee drinker so i am honestly curious, why are you interested in the brand of the coffee maker?

They are pod style (not Kuerig). The coffee they provide are in little white coffee filters and look like pods, if that makes sense! LOL You can make one or two cups at a time.

My mom is a coffee snob! She thinks the brand of coffee maker makes a huge difference (I don't get it!).

No the pods look like this...I don't like them so I bring Starbucks Via packets and just make hot water and use my Via!

We do the same thing! You can brew one or two cups at a time and it brews directly into the cups.

Tell your mom to get an Areopress. I travel with mine so that I don't have to suffer a day with bad coffee.

Probably doesn't help you, but if you rent from city strollers, you can add a Keurig to your rental. The coffee snobs in my bunch much appreciated it.

No strollers for my bunch, but will remember that for our next trip (will have 4 strollers with that group)!

We bought a $15 metal carafe coffee maker at Target and bring that with us each trip! That pod makes some insanely weak coffee. At least for us! we have to bring a bag of Peet's coffee too and make our own brain jump starting coffee.

The Hearthstone Lounge, in the lobby of the GC............. also makes coffee drinks in the morning. Their Americano's are very good!
