I don’t see why not but it won’t be allowed on the rides you experience. Most of the tour is outdoors

Yes. You are allowed to bring coffee on the keys to the kingdom tour.

Yes definitely. Food too. In fact our tour was held up for about 10 minutes while a couple wandered off to buy ice cream and returned to the tour with it. 
Why the guide didn't just move on without them is unknown to me. It's a great tour though!
