CODES ARE OUT THRU 6/3! CALL NOW - they are out!!

I got so caught up in this thread and the discounts that I decided to add a weekend trip to our agenda, lol! Booked us at POP from 5/11-5/15, at a rate of $74/night or $82.51 with tax. Not too bad! :)

ok...got CBR at $119. Wanted to get either CR (wings) or WL (standard) but they were not available. I am happy with CBR though, ...now I have to get everything done around the house that I put off doing yesterday! ;-)

What's the phone number to call? I can't find it in all my paperwork. :scared:

Edited: NM I found it. :teeth:

I got the AKL Standard room May 12-14 for $149 + tax. I usually stay at a mod, so the difference on a two night stay is less than $100 total over a mod.

cstraub, I am glad you found something. Pop is a fun resort, we've stayed there a few times! Love the Hippy Dippy Pool!

I think my lesson learned, is to make my resort reservation early...I almost always wait to get a code, but now that May is becoming more popular I need to make it ahead of time.

Just got AKL standard for $149/night + tax. My stay is June 1-10 and I got the AP rate for the entire stay. My agent at CRO was supernice and helpful. Hope this info helps someone else! pixiedust:

I just got POP at $115 per night from 4/21-4/23 (with tax, $128.22) since no rates out then, and Beach Club from 4/23-4/26 for $245.00 (with tax, 273.18) per night with AP rates. Couldn't justify full price at Beach Club those first 2 nights. . .. :)

what kind of room at the Beach Club for those prices? That's less than the garden view rate at the Polynesian. I wonder if there is anything left over there.

Just booked for my honeymoon using our Annual Passholder Discount.

1 night at the Grand...Garden View at $340 (including tax).

3 nights at the Wilderness Lodge Courtyard View at $210/night (without tax).

The other rates were Grand Floridian at $429/night (including tax) for a Lagoon View Room....Boardwalk Inn at $245/night (including tax)....

Giana, my reservation agent, was super nice. I hope each of you have the good fortune of planning your trip to the 'World with her.

Congratulations! I just secured CSR at the AP rate for our trip May 18-24, but also booked AKL pool view for about $300 more just in case my travel party would like to upgrade.

and wow - we all had this before MS...is that a first?

I do see that her site is updated now.

:(

But we were able to get POR, May 24th-29th for a grand total(including tax) of $663.45! Yay! I requested, non-smoking, upper floor, acadian house. :cool1:

Wow! Busy morning. I will post this quick and come back later. I called apx 6:50 cst and got my ressie changed to AP at the CR wing-garden view. My new rate is $250.80 w/tax so that must be $100 off. :cheer2: I have to get DD7 off to school now. I will check back again later after the morning routine gets winded down.

I did get POR for 119+tax a night. We had to split our stay (May4-9 & 9-14)since we will be there 11 nights and they only do a max of 10 nights for an AP reservation. We REALLY wanted to stay at WL for the second half of our stay in a standard room, but we got the same courtyard view offer only as everyone else. Do you think there is a chance of them opening up a block of rooms at WL for standard rates or are they pretty much set when they release the codes? Is it worth me calling again and again?
I love POR but thought this was my chance to afford WL. Oh well, WDW here we come!

I would like WL st view as well. I am going to keep calling - once things settle of course. Who knows, with the 5 day cancellation window, it may even open up right before you leave!

:cool1:

I can't believe I actually got it. After my rental plan for SSR fell through, I didn't know if we would still go, but at 7:01 I got WL for 5 nites with AP rate of $210 per nite. Yippy!

Now, I have to change my signature line again.

Good luck everyone. :Pinkbounc

We got the BC at $100 off per night. Only courtyard view rooms for the WL. To go to a STD at BC was only $40 more per night. We could have gotten the AKL parking lot view for $50 less than WL ($90 less than BC). Figured since we are going in a hotter time, we would see less animals at AKL and use the pool more. So BC it is. Now to see if DH likes the choice. His request was WL.

ETA: DH just gave the thumbs up. We will be celebrating our Anniversary at the BC and WDW.

I was quoted $74 standard for POP, $119 for POR, and $149 for AKL Standard for the dates May 11-May 16.

I was debating on doing three nights POP and two nights AKL or five nights POR but decided to just do five nights POP for now and think about an upgrade later.

Its just my friend and her daughter and me and my oldest son (kids are both 6). The daughter has never been so we are going to be out at the parks most of the day, every day and I don't really want to spend an extra $250.00 for a room (to upgrade to POR) I will probably be in for 8 hours a night to sleep only. I miss the days of $79.00 POR rooms though.

I got an AP rate too, but I had to change resorts to do it. No discounts were available for CSR for my dates, so I switched to POR for $119/nt. I'm happy to get the rate, but I'm also disappointed b/c I really wanted to stay at CSR. :(
