Was just told that the codes start April 23rd!! No codes for the 13th through the 23- right when I'm going is this right? I've never heard of a window where there are no codes. The past two spring breaks there were codes!!!!!

This is not unusual for them to not offer a code if the attendance is high. Remember last October when they blacked out almost the entire month? Things are changing when it comes to codes now. They only offer them when they need to. I had expected no codes until April 23, so, therefore, made my travel plans to start on April 23rd. Unfortunately my friend is coming in on April 21, so she will be paying the full peak fare. (first time ever).

Just got a rate for $149 ($166 with tax) for AKL standard room..which was a little more than our standard room reserved at CSR ($146 AAA with tax).

So Yeah!!! They are out!! Finally!!! Thanks Lillygator for giving us the heads up!

If they clump June with July I'm not sure what will happen as the season changes 7/4 for a deluxe as someone pointed out and after July last year was $85 off not the $100 currently off. Time will tell I guess.

I've gotten a code the last two spring breaks and I just got a code over Christmas for 2005. I thought they did not have codes in October because the BRP had glitches and the cards just fell like that.


Now I don't know what to do. Got a Ding fair for $87 but now the resort will be high!!!

Got my AAA changed to AP. AAA was $291/night. AP is now $211/night. All after taxes.

I just changed my 2 AAA reservations into AP's. The CM-Rolanda was super nice. She asked if I got an email and I told her I just heard a rumor on the net that they would be out. She was just really friendly and told me what a great Mom I am to be bringing my DD for her birthday (and didn't mention anything about being a bad Mom for leaving my kids and DH home for the first trip )

May 1 to 4-3 nights POFQ for 3 adults now total w/tax is $448. Saved $40.

May 19 to 23-4 nights Pop for 1 adult, 1 child now total w/tax is $330. Saved $45.

I was in such a rush to get up I didn't get my glasses so I can barely see my computer. Time to go take a shower and get to work.

AKL is almost completely booked for our stay. Almost all days standard and poolview are not available in June.

I don't know if you saw my post from last night, but when they did this in 2003, the June rates didn't come out till 4/21. My Stars! that's a long wait!

Yuck...that's even worse, but I'd take anything or nothing we are still going and staying where we are booked no matter what.

We are staying at Pop century 5/24 - 6/7 and she gave me the discount all the way through the 7th. Of course, she had to split it into two separate reservations since it was for longer than ten days. Now I wonder why others are saying the code is only good through 6/3? Maybe the values go longer? By the way, my total for 14 nights is $1155 (that breaks down to 82/night including tax).

One more thought.....

Disney must know that a lot of people trying to book codes do not actually have their AP yet and will be buying it upon arrival. If there is no code offered durning this Peak time won't less people buy an AP or not go alltogether? When Disney can get you to buy a pass they win in the long run because chances are you'll be coming back. They are missing a substantial amount of potenial AP holders over spring break. I don't know if I will buy an AP now. What's the point? I ususally have to travel over peak periods as do most people- that's why it's peak! They can't not offer codes then. People will not buy AP's for the perks if there are none when they (most) can travel.

It goes by the check in date of your reservation.
