As far as any discount codes, well, they can vary. An AP holder or Fl Resident can get about 40% off rack rates at times, and during the Deluxe hotels value season this can be a way to save the most since their rack rates are lowest then. Check out Mary's site:

Annual Passholder January-February 2005 Room-Only Discount Code

WDW Annual Passholders can ask for Code EWV and get special discounted rates at select Walt Disney World resorts for check-ins 1/2/05-2/16/05. Discounts will be extremely limited or nonexistent for check-ins 1/14/05-1/16/05, 2/3/05-2/5/05 and 2/10/05-2/12/05. Some sample rates:

Value Resorts (All Stars and Pop Century) - $49 standard
Moderate Resorts - $79 standard
Animal Kingdom Lodge - $109 standard; $151 savannah view
Wilderness Lodge - $109 standard; $126 woods view

This is a good place to look around for any available discounts/codes you may be able to use. Also, it has the dates for the seasons (value season, regular season, peak season and holiday season)for all the resorts in Disney.

Seasons are based on popularity with Holiday the most expensive and value the least. Discount codes sometimes are straight dollar discounts. $120 off a deluxe, less for a value resort. One thing is certain, most of us here rarely (if ever) pay rack. That is thanks to the fine folks who run this site, and the many posters who work hard to discover and post the discounts.
