Yes, just call CRO or your TA & have them apply the code.

No...it cant be guaranteed and it cant "just be applied". There have to be rooms left for it to be applied to and those do sell out in the end.

Sorry...I just meant that it can be done. I guess I should have included that it is not guaranteed, but is indeed possible.

To the OP, out of curiousity, are we talking about a postcard/email type code or a public code?

Probably better left to the "experts,'" but I just thought of something...if it is a room-only code I don't think it can be applied to a PACKAGE. Maybe I am wrong.
