It's not just dining. It's a percentage off of packages and room only. I've never gotten dining and always had a discount.

There is a Room Only Discount as well typically. The SPD discount however requires dining and is a discount on dining - see that thread for the details. It was proven by me and the guy that runs mousesavers.

Just Booked SPD on the phone. Although not scientific my early guess is that it was 45% off of dining. We booked 7 nights at CBR, standard view, Jan 28-Feb4. It cost $3,652.
