Code i got in mail??????

Ok I got a code for 40% on rooms at Disney during certain periods. Now, this looks like the same offer they are giving to everybody else online if you go into "special offers" I tried to book the Grand Floridian and/or Beach Club online thru "special offers". They are all taken. If I call and give my code, will that give me access to discounts on rooms that others can't get. What I mean is, do you think I have a shot at getting what I want if I give the special code on the phone for the GF or BC. Just wondering.

If you got a personalized code in the mail ("Special Deal for the Smith Family!"), then it's separate from the general public code. You can only book it over the phone. I've never gotten one, but I'm pretty sure you should be able to book it any time, independent of availability of any other codes.

Thanks! I get confused with all the code stuff. I will call now to see what's available. I might go for the GF with these great discounts.
