We are headed to WDW at the end of the month to celebrate my grandfather's 80th birthday and my son's 2nd birthday. We are having lunch at Coral Reef. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a coconut cake for his birthday? I know I can request the Mickey cake up to 2 days ahead of time, but he really loves coconut cake.

I would call the restaraunt directly and ask them. That's what I had to do for my dd's cake in 2004. In 2005 we had her birthday at the GF so I just ordered it from their bakery.
Also, if they don't do coconut at the restaraunt, you may want to call the Boardwalk Bakery, which is walking distance to Epcot. If someone could walk over and get it, I'm sure they would probably do one for you.
