Agreed. With the Western path the storm has now taken, it doesn't appear that CC will take a direct hit. Plus, you can be sure that Disney will have people working around the clock the minute it has passed to begin cleanup and repair of what damage does occur.

well if irma misses CC, jose will have a second chance...according to the hurricane center's latest release, jose is up to 150 mph and is category 4....
although probably not...the forecast is for jose to turn north before the bahamas...

I'd forgotten about the cat! Oh my goodness, this just skyrocketed my anxiety. I need to know what happens to the cat!!!

For anyone wondering about the cat, here is the post from the FB page from just a few minutes ago - "sadly casey stayed behind on the island safely in the huricane building with plenty food and water we are sure she will be ok there untill we return to him".

You can see why I can't tell if Casey is a boy cat or a girl cat. Anyway - hopefully the storm has turned far enough west that the animals on the island will be fine.
