Actually, when we got our picture with DD and Figment last year, I was surprised b/c there was absolutely NO line. We went twice.

Mrs. Fleagle, here'e what should work:
-right click on your proclamation on my page
-choose properties
-highlight just the Address (URL) then right click copy
-come back over here, and edit signature
-Click on the icon that is yellow box with a mountain in it, which is the insert image icon
-past in the URL from the proclamation
-then preview signature to see what it looks like
-if you like what you see, then submit

That should do it. I plan on keeping these on my site for a long time, but you might want to right click/save picture as, and save to your own computer. That way you'll have them forever!!!

Haunted Mansion Fan - I realized your news about your application process got lost in the midst of last night's fun stuff.

Just wanted to say they have to have a way for you to take beginning chem instead of depending on hs scores! You can NOT be the first person to not take high school chemistry, and yet apply to be a nurse! There'd be no new nurses if that were the case!

I'm sure it's just a little hoop to jump thru, and they will tell you "how high" to jump. I wouldn't worry about it.

Plus, I'm good with working with bureaucracies...if they give you any grief, tell them your Aunt Cathie is going to call, and then give me a number to call. I'll make sure it get's straightened out!

Anyway, don't want you stressing out about this - it will get fixed I'm sure.

I won't be able to catch any of the fun tonight b/c we're gong to a dance competition in Houston. Not to compete - to cheer on friends, spectate, and to dance!

That is my thinking also..... I can certainly understand as a pre-req, as someone coming right out of high school that is sure they want to be a nurse would take the required classes. But I'm just now figuring what I want to be when I grow up..... so I'm hoping they say to take Chemistry at one of the local community colleges.

Hey, that's a great way to edit your proclamation! It looks good on you!

Well, I've gotten some rest, and getting ready to find something to eat. Then I'm going to go into production for tonight's festivities!

I'm starting earlier today than I did yesterday, so hopefully the proclaim-ing will not take quite so long! But it sure was fun, wasn't it?

That's funny! Did you ever imagine that you'd think thoughts like that, even in jest, about a message board? But this is so addictive!

I never take my laptop on vacation - I get to see stuff on the internet and email on my phone, so it was never necessary. But viewing and posting on this site, even with the "mobile skin" won't be fast/easy enough! So I'm actually considering taking my laptop so I can check in with you guys everyday! Who'd have thunk it?
