I own two websites that I'm saving for the future. I bought them very cheaply at GoDaddy. You'll then need to create a page using some sort of software (html editor) and find a place to host that page. GoDaddy also offers creation and hosting services.

Think of it like a real storefront. You need the store space (web address), the merchandise (page created with html editor), and displays to put the merchandise on (host).

Let me know if you want help creating a site. I know just enough to be dangerous.

I bought a name too and 2 hours later I got an email from a heavy metal rock band in Venezuela saying that they were trying to buy the same name at the exact same time. They wanted to know if I would be willing to give it up! I kept it though!

I'm not sure what software to use if you have a pc, I'm using iWeb for mac, and it makes it really simple!

But if you know what name you want, get it quick, you never know who else might want it!

I'll be happy to share the shortcut if you would really like, Calliaz figured it out. It's really no big deal. I was just trying to have some fun and keep conversation going. Others have posted very similar voting shortcuts already. Yes, I was being truthful that I voted 38 times in a minute, no machines, no bots, just hands on a keyboard. I also experienced some times with lag that I voted like 16 in a minute. I also have Cable modem with super fast connection.

Ok, chill Kenny! No one is accusing you of cheating. While tone cannot generally be determined on line your use of all red caps was clearly trying to send a message. Well, message received. And quite personally, not necessary. You know, if you refer back to my post you'll see that I edited it very soon after posting it for fear that you would misinterpret something else I said. I was being considerate of you and would in no way want to say something that could on the off chance be taken out of context. So I edited it in respect to you and the others.

I hope your message to me was cleansing for you. And it was also rude and uncalled for.

Wasn't directed to you whatsoever. I hadn't seen the post after edit and never intended to offend you. I'm sorry that you're "ticked." My message was NOT to you. I ask your forgiveness for upsetting the Fleagle family, who I've held in the highest regard throughout this contest. I have appreciated all the great fun that Eric has brought to the thread.

It was sending a message...it was a matter of making sure that Careerbuilder and Disney are aware that I've not done anything to manipulate this contest. I placed it larger sized red letters to gain that attention. I never claimed that you or anyone else here accused me of anything. I have NO vested interest in this contest whatsoever. I'm not a candidate. I can't win anything. I don't expect a free trip or even a free dole whip for that matter, the bear hug would be nice at the moment though.

I've just been playing a character, a pirate, that's all. All my "vote for loot" was just a joke and every candidate that I've spoken to via email can confirm that. I was only trying to keep conversation going and add some fun. I told one candidate at one time that I would be available to make banner ads for them for a fee and then decided to not even do that because it would be seen as manipulating. Any support I've offered has been free of charge with no expectation of recompense. I do have a favorite, the person knows who that is.

Let's clarify. In my opinion, there were only two ways to take your first post.

1. That you were, in fact, able to vote while you were away from the computer. This is how I took it... as you were responding to Calliaz who said she figured out how to do what you were doing. It sure looked like a one-up comment.

2. That you are at least implying that there was a way, and encouraging Calliaz and others to find it.

The rules give the sponsors the right to modify the contest in any way if they feel that the fair play of the contest has been violated. Its at their own discretion... so they could decide that its not fair that someone can vote 38 times in a minute and change the contest however they want.

Not saying they ever would. Just saying they can... which was my original point, and Mrs. Fleagle's after that.

1. You are welcome to take it for what you wish. I was only kidding around. Calliaz PMd me and I confirmed the assumption of the voting method. It was only one upsmanship in fun, Calliaz didn't seem to have any problems with my post. Not all our jokes are always a success. I am not able to vote while away from my computer.


Someone claimed they could vote 11 times, someone else 20 something, someone else 38, what's the difference. I used my hands on a keyboard, nothing more.

I respected your post and therefore wanted to clarify that I had done nothing wrong to affect the outcome of this contest. Nothing more than anyone else here has done by trying to see what keys on the keyboard can shorten the voting time.

Since I know that people want to know "The Secret" (and it's not a self-help quasi-spiritual book), please feel free to PM me. I'll respond to everyone I can recognize who asks. I don't think this is something Disney or CareerBuilder would care about; it is not cheating. However, I'd rather not be the one to ruin the party by posting it if there's something wrong.

I'll just stop voting all together so no one feels that I'm doing anything to hurt ANY candidate. I just came here to make some new friends and have some laughs. I didn't come to start trouble. I'll say it again. I was just playing the part of a pirate. I'll just go back to being a regular guy who is a minister.

Yep... I bought erickidwell.net through GoDaddy (erickidwell.com is a lawyer in Kansas) Then... I have a .mac account which makes building a website much easier... so I link my godaddy to that account.

By the way, I am also the proud owner of CommunityMagic.Org (CMO... get it?) SOOO much worthless thinking ahead!
