ok, everyone, in an effort to create some more buzz for this contest, i created the following article. there's a special shout-out to the disboard, and to several candidates....i figured if i can't get the press to come to me, i'll create the press!

also, thanks to you, i have the ability to post another picture of my shenanigans around town...i infiltrated enemy territory with my pixie dust....

i also had some fun at a toll road....i pre-wrote out 10 disney cards with my sticker on them that said, "[checked box] toll paid! wish granted! if this made you smile, please visit www.dreamcmo.com/meggin" i then drove the booth, and pixie dusted the toll both employee. i paid for the ten people behind me, asked him to hand out my cards and drove off. it was fun! even if no one looked at the cards, it felt good to give those ten people a little surprise "happy" in their day.

i hope you are having a great afternoon! i'm afraid that i am off until late tonight, but i'll be back!

I also loved your idea of pre-paying and giving your cards out at the toll booth. I am guessing you really made their day! Congratulations on landing your part in the musical! They sure are lucky to have you!

I enjoyed the Tripp's video with your cameo, nice job guys! Tripp I am also glad you made it through the storms safely. Justin, its nice to see you inspiring your students in such a positive way! And Cat, Happy Planning for your upcoming trip!

We're going to Abilene to visit some friends. It's about 4 hours from home. I thought we were leaving last night, but my wife had planned a secret date at a bed and breakfast. We're leaving in the morning...i think???

Everything was great! We tried a few new things while there, and ate at some new restaurants. I loved Cape May and Beaches and Cream. As a matter of fact, if I make the Top 3, the other two WILL BE JOINING me as we attack THE KITCHEN SINK. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, look it up. Yummmmmmmmm.

What part of Atlanta are you from?

My kids really want me to take them there for the Kitchen Sink. They saw it on one of the Sam Brown specials and thought it would be fun.

BTW, my wife used to live in Riverdale.

It just hit me today that I am a winner at the CMO contest. Not in the way I had hoped or imagined, but in that I am helping make a dream come true for someone I don't even know. A random person will hopefully get the chance to be the "official CMO" thanks in part to my small efforts. That's almost as much fun as handing out that fastpass on Main Street, or informing some family that they will get to stay in the Dream Suite tonight. SO, back to the voting booth!

I am a CMO winner too! I have had the pleasure of turning my initial Disney Depression around by surrounding myself with likeminded Disney Fanatics! I received emails today from 3 of my new "DIS board friends" -- that is such an unexpected and welcomed outcome from this journey.

Yes, Tim, if you read my posts, I am still checking caller id for that Disney call that lost its way to me, but I guess I am a winner in that I am STILL optimisic!

So thanks for a great thread and a great attitude toward what this contest really was all about in the first place for most of us!!!

I'm here. It's just so crazy right now. I have been extremely busy this week settling back into work after vacation. I have also been working to get this weeks dance mix show done because our office is closed on Friday and I have to have it finished by tomorrow. BTW, if anyone is in to high energy Top 40 dance mixes for workouts, or dance class, or for cruising around in the car, let me know and I'll upload a mix or two on to my ftp for you to check out.
