The high school band, chorus, and orchestra from the district I graduated from and where my wifre currently teaches will all be down there that same week. They will playing in a parade, and I think doing a concert at Epcot at some point. It's a huge music program, I work with a lot of students in various capacities, and I have several friends who will be chaperoning. If you're there, I might have to twist your arm into watching their parade or checking out their concert for me!

Yes, he's a professor at IU now, and we love it here. It is very beautiful and I'll be sad to leave . Jeff has a phone interview with WVU today. Looking at the map my calculations were that Morgantown is about an hour south of you as well. I LOVE Ikea too!! We just got a new one in Cincinnatti which is about 2.25 hours from here. How fun to be closer than that.

Thank you so much for the offer to help us get settled. We'd love to spend some time in Pittsburgh so I'll pick your brain about fun things to do there.

Hey Justin, been real busy lately. About to go away for spring break. I'll only be able to check in here and there. I can tell you there was a definite up tick in site visits after everyone's pleas on this site.

Thanks for checking in, Kenny! I completely understand about being busy. This is the longest week of the year for me at work.

Where are you headed on Spring break? Any specifics or charts you want to share about those stats? I have noticed that the vote counter on the main site seems to have jumped up a bit farther over the past few days. . .

I can fly round trip from my little town in Texas to Orlando for $119 plus taxes total! That's right - that's the price for round trip!

The only time I can fly this price is if I go April 8 - April 15, which is a full week. And of course, I'd have to go alone, but I've done that before.

At this point, the best I can get a Disney hotel is All Star Movies for $114/night.

What say the group? That's more than I've ever paid for a value resort, so I think it wipes out any airline savings. But I'm kinda pumped to go...

What would you do?

Especially if the lower rate hotel comes your way, go, go, go!

If you do book the trip, let me know and I'll try to get their itinerary so that you can have a heads up on when they'll be performing. Trust me, they are all great high school ensembles, so you'll enjoy it!

I just had another radio interview. This one was with our local Christian station. They saw the article in the paper, picked up on the fact that I worked for a church, and decided they wanted to help promote it! As fleagle said in a post a while back, publicity begets publicity. As with every radio personality I've ever met (including Tripp!) - they were very friendly and seemed sincerely interested in helping out! I don't know if the clip will be available online, but I'll let you know if it is!

Yes they do. I'm guessing the next (final?) update will come within the next day or so. We submitted another photo and answered a few more questions, so they should have the material to make an update in time for the final voting push.
