What is the best way to thanks CM's? Is there a place to write a letter to? I only have first names.

We had a couple very special encounters this past trip.

Once we had asked housekeeping to come replace the bedding. DH had spilt a drink and it penetrated quickly. The woman who came was extremely friendly. She even took time to play a game with DD. We had left glow jewelry in the room for DD to find. When DD told the house keeper, she told DD "it must have been Tinkerbell, that sounds like something she would do." The next day there was autograph pictured of Cinderella in the room.

The second was on Splash Mountain - two CM's took DD & I through the back way and rode with us. One sat with DD in the front and they chatted the whole way. She even taught DD about Hidden Mickeys and showed her 2 of them. When the ride ended, they let us go again by ourselves. When we came off the ride for the second time, the CM told DD what a special little girl she was and how much fun she had with her. The last day of our trip, when we were back at MK, we went to find the CM's. One was working and the other was off.

I really want to say thank you. It is the little things that make a trip magical. DD still talks about her "friend" on Splash Mountain.

Too often people are quick to complain, but yet slow to compliment.

A wonderful story about some wonderful people who truly embody the spirit of "What Would Walt Do?". Thanks for sharing it! As for a letter, I would put the first names of the folks you met, where they were working and what dates and Disney should be able to figure it out from there. Try sending the letter to:

P.O. Box 10000
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000

This is the address that all employment opportunity requests go to, so I think it's logical that it will end up with HR if you send it to this address...

Thanks Dan - I knew you would come through.

I can't wait for a future trip.
