We ate at Boma last week, and had above and beyond service from our server. When he was telling us what was on the buffet that night, he saw our dismay when there was no nut-crusted salmon being served- our favorite! He went and had the chef make an entire huge serving of it just for us! We expected it to have been put on the buffet and he would have brought some to us, but NO, the entire fish came to our table. We even took the leftovers back to BWV. We would like to let whomever we need to , how wonderful our server was. What's the best way to do this?
