Does anyone know where I can write a letter too regarding a unit leader?
 
Is this for your upline? If so, what about contacting her upline? Or write directly to Creative Memories.

Whats an upline?

This is regarding an order a friend placed at my party in September that she was given the royal run-around and still hasnt gotten. She got so fed up with it she disputed it with her credit card company. I wanted to let CM know what type of rep she is.
 
An upline is the consultant/unit leader/person above the consultant that you ordered from. In your case, I would contact CM directly.

I'm sorry that you experienced this... we aren't all bad! I promise! :)
 

I agree, write to CM in MN directly. Waiting since September to get an order is unacceptable Customer Service. Sorry you encountered this.
 
I have since found a new CM, she has children that goes to my sons school and also goes to the same church. I would have ordered from her because she is closer but I am a loyal person and stayed with the other one. Look where that got me.

I am going to call or write next week. I need to write everything down first so that I have it in the right order. I think things would have been very different if she just would say - I dropped the ball and I am sorry. But no phone calls, nothing.
