Club Level Concierge question

Staying at PBH in Club level next week for a few days, and I know they have a concierge. After being spoiled by the concierge at Beach Club last fall, I was curious if the ones at Universal can make reservations for you offsite? It's probably too late to make a reservation for Boma at AK, but we loved it enough that we want to try, although we don't know which day we'd be heading over to eat (no Disney parks this time, just this one meal).

I would imagine that they would not be allowed to book with the competition. You could call 1-407-WDW-DINE and book it very quickly before you leave with no worries.

I'm sure they won't care. I have been in the club lounge (RPR) when the concierge was making transportation arrangements to Disney for another couple. The concierge at RPR has a big book for guests to look through full of menus of local restaurants, off-site and on, as well as other area activities. I do agree with the pp though. If you have your cell phone, it's just as easy to call Disney yourself. It's not like they have an "in" over there or anything. They do with some of the local restaurants though.

I have stayed at both PB and beach club conceirge and the PB blows the beach club away. They have been incredible every time we have been there. They will help with anything- one day we had a dental emergency with our son and they helped locate a special needs dentist. We are headed back again next week and can not wait!!

We are at PBH concierge at the end of Aug. We stayed at RPH conc. in May
The service was great and the snacks where better then PBH. We could not get into RBH as it was booked. That said the rooms at PBH are nice and big and we do like PBH, they do treat you very good.
