Club Level / Concierge - Guidelines & Tipping info?

. . . both are "status-ed" as Concierge-H/H, with pay up to $12.99/hr
. . . they perform both functions as part of their job
. . . please do not try to tip either and have them risk their jobs

I can't believe they make that little.
Now I really feel guilty about how much i tipped in my thank you card.
I'm glad I saw this.. i will def increase it next time.

It depends on how they are given. CM's are allowed to accept "thank you cards" from guests, and are often told by managers not to open them unitl they get home

yep, "just say here is a little thank you note" and all is good.

Actually, people who are topped out in concierge (aka people who started before 12/31 1998) top out at $12.30 or so.
