So exciting!! The out of blue unexpected invites are the best. I just about cried when I got mine, the only reason I didn't was I was at work. LOL

I agree. We had an incredible dinner there about a month ago. Our sponsor remains fairly anonymous. Magic does exist.

I had the chance to go a few years ago and got the ears! (Didn't realize they sold out regularly). I wore them in the park the next day which was fun, but now they are a display cabinet at home. I also got a shot glass I think and the free stuff - napkins, pen, drink stirrer, etc.

We went for dinner and had one of the last reservations of the evening as we were the last group there. We watched parts of F! from the balcony and took a little tour.

Our dinner was interrupted when the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. I'm a teacher, so it was a lot like a fire drill at school. Our servers were basically the teacher and kept us together and reported our attendance to the person (principal?) that came by to check on us. All the kitchen staff and servers from the BB were out there also. We were waiting in front of the train near HM while F! was going and no one really seemed to notice the big group of servers, chefs, etc. standing around. After about 20 minutes we went back in and finished our meal - I forget what course we were on, but they brought out fresh food since ours sat out.

I know we were totally lucky to get the experience and I doubt it will ever happen again, but it was such a perfect night!

Oh, wow! That would've been a neat experience and not one many people would ever get to do, I'll bet!! I wouldn't be annoyed if that happened, either, I'd be happy! That's probably how you can tell a DIS fan

Last fall we got the last dinner reservation and we didn't finish until well after the park closed. It was very surreal to be escorted out through a darkened, empty park.

So happy for you. Club 33 is my ultimate bucket list dream. It's a particularly intriguing and frustrating dream because there is very little I can personally do to make it happen. Oh well. Have an amazing time!

I got my numbers from someone who was offered a membership 2 weeks ago.

Someone who put in their name in Jan, 2013, was offered a membership last week. This is a little strange to me as I know someone who put their name in last July who has not received an invite.

A few months ago I emailed the account listed in the Disney Parks Blog post from last year requesting more information about membership. I received this response:

"Thank you for your interest in Club 33 Membership!

Your email message allows us to record your email address. A Club 33 website is in production. Once it launches, we will contact all parties with additional instructions on how to express your interest.

Very happy for your good fortune! I had a similar surprise when I came home from work this week. My DD announced when I walked in the door that DW, DD and I were going to Club 33 on Sunday! She apparently met someone who has a membership and started gushing about it. That person then offered to make a reservation for us and the rest is history. Such a great surprise!

We had a great time at Sunday Brunch at Club 33 last weekend. Mickey and Goofy visit on Sunday's, plus they have a pasta station.

Heads up though. No Club 33 Mickey ears. We were told there were quality problems and the shipment was returned. No ETA for replacements.
