Club 33!!

I am new to this board. I came across this thread and I am lucky enough to get a reservation through a friend that knows a member. I just need to let my friend know when I want to go and they are going to set it up for me. I want to know as well when is a better time to go, Saturday or Sunday? Silly Little Pixie, have you gone yet? Could you let me know which day of the week you chose and if there were characters there. This would help me out a lot for my trip planning. Thanks.

Eeewwww!!! What are people thinking?!:confused3

People with money and/or connections are not always the best behavers you would want to run into.

If we separated people by their manners, the park would loose half their business..but I do have to agree.

I would personally choose Sunday since the park is less crowded.

We ate at Club 33 last sunday for brunch and it was fantastic. I had the New York Strip and it was great, but the seafood/salad bar was what made the meal. They had chilled lobster tail, crab claws, and jumbo shrimp, and it was of course all you could eat. I am not one to gorge myself at buffets, but I must have ate about 4 lobster tails:)

One of the nice things about the brunch was that Mickey and Pluto were there. You get a lot more personal time with them than you do during regular character meals.

While you are there be sure to walk out onto one of the balconies. It was a nice view from there and it was neat watching the people below, who are all oblivious that you are there.

I haven't gone yet. I was going to try to go later this month, but now am thinking of putting it off until March when a friend and fellow Disney freak can fly in from out of state. If she can't, then I'll go ahead and go at the end of the month. I'm still excited!

Thanks for all of the info everyone. I sort of want to go for brunch because I don't want to worry about bringing extra clothes with me. I hear the evening dress code is more dressy than what you can wear to the Club during the day, and they are strict with the dress code. I just want to make sure I go when there are characters, because I heard they are only at Sunday brunch.

Silly Little Pixie. I was thinking about trying for the end of this month too. When I was first planning on it my friend told me they thought the Club was going to be closed for their annual maintenance. I guess they changed the schedule and it won't be closed now, so I am trying to figure out when I want to go. I definitley don't want to go to Disneyland over the holiday weekend, which I think is the 19 & 20, and there is also some big convention in Anaheim. Since it is already the 8th of January, that is not giving me much time. I might just pick a day in February instead. I am just so excited, the sooner the better.
