Hello! For my upcoming trip i MAY have the special privilege of getting into Club 33 for dinner (not the buffet lunch). Can anyone tell me about how much I should expect to pay per person for dinner and what is included?

Also, is there a child's menu for dinner? If so, what are the prices? I will have my 6 year old nephew with me.

Thank you :)

Congrats! I hope it works out for you, such a fun place!

For dinner, it is easy to spend about $100 pp for drink, app, main, and dessert. Unlike lunch, there is no fixed price. You order like at a regular restaurant with varying prices for apps and mains.

Last time I was there I believe the kids' menus were $50 and included a drink.

Have fun! :goodvibes

ETA: looks like the kids' menu has gone up in price, or I remembered the lunch price. I would definitely go with what Malcon10t said. I did not figure in tax and tip in my estimate.

Dinner is a menu setting. Adults need to order a minimum of $80 in food, kids $74. There is a children's menu. There is also a vintner's menu. I think the price on it is $90. Here is a link from a dinner we did back last April. The menu changes frequently, but this should give you some ideas of what could be on it. The prices are inaccurate now. Drinks are extra. Sodas, coffee, tea, hot chocolate are about $3, and alcohol is available (prices are $12-15 per drink.)

Kid's menu includes smaller versions of the adults menu, plus mac and cheese and chicken fingers (which are huge.)

Be aware that meals after March 1st may not include entrance to the parks.

At a minimum, expect to spend $105 per person, not including drinks. Expect $98 (+/-) for the nephew. My calculations are based on the food price, a soft drink, tax (8%), and an 18% tip. (I usually tip 20%.)

You may also want to bring a few bucks for the keepsake case. There are so many nice items there.

Congratulations! I hope you enjoy your dinner there as much as I did. It was fabulous! Here are pictures of the menu from our visit which I believe was in April 2011. Here are pics of the menus (dinner, vinter, and kids). Hope this gives you a good idea of what to expect.

We ate at the club in December for dinner just hubby and myself the bill was about $196 with one drink. I went on a few rides before dinner and my stomach wasn't feeling right to have any drinks. I was told about to expect to pay $100pp plus $50pp for the wine pairings.

Have Fun!!

FYI the dinner menu changed in December, I can't remember it changes with the seasons or 2 times a year??

Toodles has a good ballpark, relax, take your time to enjoy, go on the balacon, talk to the wait staff, they have so much info..hope you get Louis if he is there

Wow! Thanks guys (and gals!). This was so helpful. We aren't drinkers, but I think we can still spend 80 pp.

So it DOES include a one day hopper?

On the park hopper, it all depends on a couple of things. Beginning in 2012 members are allotted a set number of complimentary passes for their guests. The member can comp the park hopper or, if they feel they might need some later in the year or for other guests, they can arrange to have the park ticket issued at a slight discount for the guest, and it can be either a one park ticket or a hopper.

It's best to check with your host to see what he or she will set aside for you.

Yes. Members will limit who they give their comp tickets to. Corporations will keep their comp tickets for important customers. So, the free passes will be very limited by members in the future.

It will be interesting to see the new changes in the membership.

Currently, the minimum price for a meal is the price of a one day-one park ticket for adults and children ($80/$74.) Same goes for the brunch buffet Mon-Sat, Sunday, they include a complementary glass of champagne, so the price is $90 ;) ....

Yes, and it could also increase the number of members! Let's see what happenes to that waitlist!

Sorry, OP, we deviated (or at least I did) a bit from your thread!

So if you don't get a park ticket will they lower the food prices at Club 33? (doubtful)

Annual dues for new members will be $10,000 :scared1:
Club 33 Membership Changes for 2012
I am pretty sure M4travels knows all the dues and new rules.

But back to the OP's questions, dinner is a rough meal at the club for a young one to sit through. For us, it is routinely 3+ hours. At Christmas, it was closer to 4 hours (915p to 1am - we were escorted out of the park after.) I enjoy the later dining times as we get to see the park after it closes. They were "practicing" the NYE projections on TSI when we left that night.

We usually have the same dining experience as Malcon10t. I do remember my first dining experience and we had a 5:30 dinner reservation. Our meal took approximately 3 hours and as we were leaving we could see a few tables of families with a young one (or 2!) curled in mom's or dad's lap.

The later reservations, man, for older (yikes, did I say that??) folk becomes truly magical. LOVE walking through an almost-empty park, strolling down Main Street, and just taking it all in.

OP, here's hoping your reservation comes through!

Nope! The price for the meal is a set minimum cost, which currently is the cost of a one-day, one-park ticket.
Like M4travels said, it is a set minimum of the one day park hopper (currently $80/74.) It doesn't matter if you are the Club 33 member who has paid the annual dues, the AP holder who didn't need the comp ticket, or someone coming in on the comp ticket, the price is still the same.

We generally take my nieces (10 and 6) to lunch there since it is a slightly shorter meal. My 10yo niece orders the chicken fingers from the children's menu, and we are still charged the adult price for her. (Only $6 difference anyway...)
