Clowning Around on the Boardwalk! A Wigdout Trip report

We will be at AKV July 25th - 30th!! We are in a 2br @ Jambo because my little ones don't like the walk from Kidani... I stayed in Kidani in November and saw no DVC stuff - I will have to check it out this time... I don't know if I can convince hubby and co to trek over to Saratoga to shop, I would need some type of incentive... any ideas?

We'll most likely be at BLT those dates, or thereabout... assuming it's still available when I call back tomorrow!

Kidani had some DVC stuff in their gift shop last July... SSR definitely has the best selection, though. Or you could walk over to Beach Club on an Epcot day to check out their stuff, just leave your hubby & co in line for something long, like Soarin'!

We did get BLT, for most of the stay, anyway... my MK view wasn't available anymore, so we have one night (our actual anniversary, at that ) at SSR, but it's waitlisted at BLT for MK view. The rest of our July dates are at BLT. A Dismeet would be great!

It's not wooden, but they do indeed have a duck tag on their bags Funny, the other day I was at Jared's baseball game and one of the mom's had a D&B purse that looked just like my black Mickey one, except where mine had all those colorful Mickey's hers had ducks!

NO, I know it isn't "wooden" I mean it is a "wood duck" like a mallard, that is what I meant, the actual type of duck... Both sound CUTE, and I can't wait to see them!!!

I think the cheapest one I saw, one of the wristlets, was $75 or so... the most expensive was around $300, or maybe more. I don't remember exactly, because I knew I couldn't afford them.

I stand corrected ....12 pages! Really, truely a bummer about the broken arm. At least it happened after the trip and not before.

But since Shocker has two fully functioning arms, may I suggest that he be put to use and become your own personal secretary. You dictate....he types. What do you think about that arrangement? I want to hear all about this trip! Let's not let a little thing like a broken arm slow up this work in progress!

I love my D&B wristlet! I kept my wallet in it..it was nice to just grab the wristlet out of my purse when we were at a gas station.

No dates officially yet... we're looking at June 6-11 for one trip, and then July 25-30 for our anniversary trip/trip with friends. We also have to squeeze in a week or so in NYC to visit DH's mom in late June. I'm calling MS (and AirTran ) either tomorrow or Thursday...

I vote for a contest before the box arrives. And I don't even know what the contest is, or what the prize is, for that matter!

How about we announce the contest tonight? I was hoping the box would arrive this evening but nope it didn't....

You know I love shopping pics... so for DVC merchandise I should go to SSR for the most selection, and maybe AKV. Good thing we are going to have a car!

Hi Jackie, I've been reading, just tired and not commenting. Between school and the arm, I've been wiped out.
My principal organized casserole dinners for us, so we've been eating well! Some are in the freezer and some in the fridge. Tonight we finished the pepperoni pizza casserole that my principal made, it was wonderful!
We are fortunate. Tuesday afternoon I go to the orthopedic surgeon. Keeping my fingers crossed for a positive visit!
