I'm so happy your report has actually started. Sorry for the mishap with the airport. I totally understand the need to find a Chi and find it now. I can't live without mine. I really like the look of the Branson Airport. It's so quaint. Looks like you got a great room location at Pop. Our room in the 50s faced a parking lot. I love the pictures from the F&G in Epcot. I didn't take enough time to really enjoy it when we went in 2007 and now I wish I could got back and really "look" at everything. Love your room at the Boardwalk. I bet you're really spoiled now.

First, I love that airport - so different. And famous Dave's has the absolute best ribs anywhere. yum

Glad your flight was uneventful and it sounds like you had a lot of fun on your first night.

As a May tripper, I really appreciate all the beautiful pictures. I will certainly be taking plenty of pics. Can't wait.

I saw those March contracts for BC, but the 70 point one was gone before I even saw it and the 100 point contract is a little too stripped for me. I know the perfect add on contract is coming. I just have to be patient.

Really looking forward to reading more.

You could see the TV in our room at Pop if I strategically place a few more mirrors all over the room.

The illustrator, which will most assuredly not be the author, is trying to decide if the cover should be cupcake pink or vanilla bean or holly ivy green or whatever all those Vera colors are. You may get a say-so in that part.

Our trips overlapped a little bit. We were there March 5-13. I have to start my TR, but I have to finish my August TR first.

She had eight kids. Jarvis is the baby, I am almost sure Trent said. He would never have made it without a pocketbook prime rib or two.

First off...those giraffe topiaries!!! Now those would look quite nice in my yard, I think.

All the Flower and Garden displays are so pretty! I love the display by SSE -- the whole camping theme is too cute!

That room at the Boardwalk! So, so, so wonderful! I want to stay there one day even if there is a clown outside the window peering in.

Thank you so much for posting the topiary pictures! I can't wait to see them in person and especially like the American Gothic and the roasting marshmallows! I will be sure to take the gardening pictures so that we can all compare...and I will let you know how the tomatoes taste! I can't wait to start planting in my own yard but it's still a bit too cold at night.

About the weather? It was very nice!

Already knew I was after my first trip.

The 14th is the day we arrived. The sky was just so blue that day!

Your villa looks so nice! We've only stayed at VWL and OKW. It's neat to see other villa rooms!

I agree, it was a pretty day! The decor at the other resorts is fun to see! We still need to stay at BLT and VWL...
BLT is coming up in July!

Oh my goodness! Epcot looks just BEAUTIFUL with all the topiaries and flowers. It makes me want to be there right now! But I am happy to have the next best thing and be transported there by your pictures!

I hope little miss rude CM got a talking to after you left! But hurrah for your room being ready. Other than the view of the clown from your balcony I love everything about your room. I would love to try Boardwalk someday if I can pry myself away from Beach Club. Secret confession - I'm not a big fan of the BCV room decor... I'm hoping it gets redone soon, what do you think? But I love Stormalong Bay and the location. Decisions, decisions...

F&G, always so pretty and there is nothing like coming and going from that private entrance.
We loved the refurb at Boardwalk too, BCV needs to get with the program! They are looking a little shabby in comparison!
I agree, the room decor leaves something to be desired.

I have a brown (possibly black) thumb when it comes to gardening, but I have always wanted to learn and been fascinated by good fruit/vegetable gardens. All of your pictures make me want to go meet Rabbit in the garden right now!

We enjoyed F&G and you will too! So much to see and Brooklynn will have a blast playing in some of the play ground areas! I'll have some pic up of those too when they show up....
I was sure I could count on you for some after pictures on the vegetables!

Love the picture of your view from your villa! Well, except that clown...

That villa is set up exactly the same as the one we stayed in at Wilderness Lodge...same placement of furniture and everything, just in a different style of course!

Epcot was so very beautiful! I have some of the same pictures coming up on my TR, imagine that! I also encountered people sitting right in front of the displays either eating or just resting. I got very frustrated several times because that day was my only day for Epcot and I wanted those pictures!

I don't think folks are meaning to be rude, just not thinking...
I mean, why would they want to be rude on purpose?
I think all the villas do look the same just different decor, it's fun to see the various styles!

Oh, finally caught up!
The Branson airport looks like the perfect way to start a Disney trip.
I love seeing the pics from F&G, we/ll miss it by one week this year.
Someday I will own DVC and stay there.

Well Jill, you know I'm always full of information for young families bound for Disney!
I'd hate to have them bring along a crib and high chair when they didn't need to...
I also forgot to point out that we could walk out onto our balcony and see the fireworks from Illuminations from just over the roof line since we were on the top floor.
We were in a great location!
We will request that room in October we loved it!

Cute VBs - is that Green one a mailbag? I think you need to mention which bag is in each picture so I can judge the sizes etc. Otherwise I will have to go to the VB site, then measure, then go to a store...so much work!

Both that I carried this trip were the mailbags! You will notice that they have the flap on the front. The major difference between those and the hipster is they are a bit bigger and the flap.

We had a preferred view, there is also a Boardwalk view and standard view.
We loved the look of the room and the view!

I love Epcot! The topiaries are so pretty! It amazes me what Disney can do with some flowers. Mark me down as another one going in May.
I never had a desire to stay at the BW until now! I like the whole resort area! I'll be staying at the Dolphin in May. You're villa is gorgeous.

Honestly Vanessa, the first time you stay in a 1br you are spoiled. Sad but true.
If we hadn't had the airport mishap I would have ended up in Disney w/o the chi so it all worked out...
We think we were lucky with our location at Pop, right by the pool and the 50's building. Such a cool area!

Somehow I missed the beginning of this TR until about two days ago. Then I sat down and read 38 pages in a row-I couldn't skip all the chit chat-and I just finished the rest! But, it turned out that I didn't really miss the beginning of this TR, because it didn't start until yesterday!

So, what did I get for reading all of that in one sitting-two new VB bags! I was looking for something to take on my trip this week, and when I went to my local store they had all of the Pink and Green Cupcake merchandise 50% off. Well, green is my favorite color-and I needed something new-and at that price I got both for less than one would have cost not on sale-and-and-and....

I got a pleated tote and a sleek wallet. I love them both!

I am headed to Magic Kindgom on Wednesday. DH and I will be going to the Wishes Dessert Party, so if I need to take an exta strawberry or two for anyone please let me know....

So, Julia-do you work on Wednesday? If so I'll look for you. I don't think we'll get to the park until around 2 pm or so....I just fly in that morning.

Greg always jokes that he learned to eat fast by growing up with 3 brothers. You ate fast or you didn't eat!

I'm gonna hijack your TR for a minute to brag about some Pixie Dust!!

We are planning to go down July 25th - 30th, to avoid the Saturday night points! Well I was checking on air fare this weekend and if we go on Saturday night at 7p vs Sunday morning at 6a we save almost $500!!! There are 6 of us with the kids this year, so holy cow is that great. The pixie dust comes in when I called DVC to add on to my AKV 2br Savanna view - they had it open!! So no split stay - with 6 people I can't imagine!! Of course it cost me 68 points but I am still carrying over 171 to next year so I felt it was worth it!
