After reading the other post about what people wore Im starting to get packing itis. Me Dh Ds 5 DD1 and my parents will be going. I don;t have any Mickey clothing, much less matching Mickey. It;s already cool here in NY and the summer pickings at the stores are getting low. My Ds is growing out of most of his summer clothes. I bought DD some in the next size so Im not worried about her. The point of my post is should I do shoppong once we're in Orlando for my DS? Is there a Childrens' Place or a Gap nearby? Im not even sure what the weather will be like the first week of Novemeber. I'm probably going to pack light and heavy clothes. I would love to dress us in matching Mickey outfits but I can't see my DH wearing it. Thanks for any advice.

There's a Prime Outlet Mall...I think that's the name.. right across I-4 from Disney property. Also Belz Outlet Mall which is a few miles North on I-4 off International Blvd. There are Disney stores at both these malls.

I'd take jeans and a couple sweat shirts,a light jacket along with shorts and t-shirts.Even in Dec during the day it can be short sleeved weather in Florida.

OK, the weather in Nov. is unpredictable! It could be wonderful and 80 deg. or it could be windy and cold 50-60 deg. like it was last year in the middle of Nov. I pack a light jacket or sweatshirt and jeans, and shorts and tees. If cost is not a factor you could buy the family matching polo shirts. They only have a very small mickey on the chest. Or you could all just wear the same color. That usually makes cute pictures! If it does get cold, WDW puts out simple black stocking caps and gloves! I'm sorry I don't know anything off-site places to shop! Have fun!!!

Better safe than sorry when it comes to weather in WDW in the winter time. I went last year right after Thanksgiving through the first week of December. There were a few warm days and a few comfortable days, but there were some mornings & evenings that it was downright cold. Being a New Englander, I had worn a heavy fleece sweatshirt, pants & gloves down there and was glad I did. I dressed in layers, which made it nice. I could tell those who either were not from up North or did not pack properly. They were the one's in t-shirts & shorts freezing their butts off, then running into the gift shops and spending big $$ on sweatshirts, pants & gloves.

I would just wear a warm sweatshirt & pants and bring a pair of gloves. Hopefully you'll get lucky and not have to wear those while your at WDW, but again, better safe than sorry.
